Asus GLOSSY WOLED PRICING & RELEASE DATE Revealed! + NEXT GEN ODYSSEY G7 4K 1000hz Incoming?
Display Week 2024 has just begun and now we have new monitors being announced on the showfloor. TCL has annlunced a new 32" prototype (housed in a Odyssey Neo G8 Monitor body) at 4K 1000hz with LED technology. Hence the prototype naming. Product Release may happennin the next 2-3 yrs... I could easily see this at 480hz in the next yr or so.
Also, Asus has announced a New 27" Glossy XG27AQDMG wOLED. A successor/side step to the 27AQDM as it only is introducing 20% brighter brightness. An Official Asus reddit post has stated mixed specs but it seems a price point of $699 and a May 30th release is planned. Newegg seem to be the go to retailer at launch.
LG has also shown on the showfloor the New LG 27" 1440p 480hz MLA+ wOLED gaming monitor. Not much info as of yet but a release is planned very soon.
