One cannot take a sickle to the field of bitterness and resentment, gather up and bundle those stalks and haul them to the barn of our belief system and store them, and expect to see anything but bitterness and resentment. Law of Attraction works every time without exception. Law of Attraction + resistance equals slow manifestation. Law of Attraction + little or no resistance equals faster manifestation. Every time.
Why is contrast bad? I give thanks for it within minutes because I know it's pointing at where my focus should be. This is not an endless cycle of misery but an endless cycle of release and gratitude. Shift of perception, yes? The humanness in us makes us want to gather "proof" to the contrary of Source's goodness because of the hurt and disappointment we experienced in the past. But that is over and done with unless we re+create it in the NOW. Even if that's decades of NOW+NOW+NOW+NOW. Abraham will keep speaking for eons of NOW. We can allow ourselves to be released and free right NOW.

Its merely Perspective.the other half doesnt dissappear just choose the other side instead when u notice ur on the less prefered side u cannot eliminate the balance of this binary universe only ur experience of it can be adjusted throuhg our thoughts and feelings. there will always be balance choose the side you want to focus on. It is our perspective that limits and dictates our experiences. I was also where you where/are for a time, it can improve, you have to allow yourself to be pleasantly surprised or you will always be right about that which you do not want and stay stuck in ones "rightatitude" it is a vibe that works agaisnt us most of the time cause we are doubting good, only when we shift to a positive outlook and open expectation do we start to be able to limit the affects of the contrasts in our lives.
