,,,i have filemetadata table with 4 column that is 'filename', frequency, hashfiled, primarykeylist,.. DM_container column also exists,so total five columns ,,I have to drop DM_container column in filemetadata table in synapse notebook s ,,it is a delta table.
I tried this command
%%sql
ALTER TABLE dxc.filemetadata
Drop column DM_Container;
But it was not work delta tables , showing the error
Please provide the another way to do that
