I'm really digging the Slice so far (been playing with it for about a week). One thing I've noticed recently is that the handle and grip feel really good. Honestly, the most comfortable paddle I've ever used. Feels great in the hand, no overgrip or anything.
Great vid update and thanks for the transparency about the shipping date of the second batch. Do you know if it is possible to make a paddle to only have thermoforming on the bottom half of the paddle and leave the top half without thermoform?
Hmm, not sure if anyone has tried that. I would imagine with the molds they use that it might be tough to achieve that with the current process they use. But nothing is impossible!
@@kiwilabspickleball I was thinking since thermoform paddles are stiffer than some peoples liking but thermoform has benefits of stability and durability could we get the best of both worlds with a half and half design. Sort of like a ping pong paddle or tennis racquet where the hitting area is a softer material than the rest of the racquet
That paddle design looks SICK!! The only thing that I see that could be a problem with that paddle with so many holes may have a small sweet spot. But I hope I am wrong. Good luck on the future!
We're happy to have found your channel and company here in Beer City USA!! Cheers!! J & C
I got mine. Love it!! Won my first six games in a row with it! I look forward to your future endeavors

No USAP approval yet?
Paddle was approved by USAP on 4/25/2023.

STOKED for the success your'e having. Looking forward to the Edgeless version.
Me too!
Edge guard do more than protect the edge. THe added mass also expands the sweet spot and helps absorb shock.

That’s a fear we have too. But we will have edge foam throughout, so hopefully it evens out. Who knows!? That’s the fun part about it lol.
I am probably one of your first orders from Canada. Cannot wait to show off my Slice once I receive it :)
