✅ The drum separator BS-30 performs the following functions:
1. Pre-cleaning
Removal of lightweight particles by means of the aspiration unit without using a sieve drum section. This type of cleaning is usually used at harvest pick-up points.
2. Primary cleaning
The lightweight particles are removed by the aspiration unit, while the large ones are removed by the sieve and drum section during the same cycle.
3. Separation on the sieve
The removal of lightweight particles is performed by the aspiration unit, while the first two sieves are used for cleaning and all the other sieves are used for grain grading. This type of cleaning is usually used before the harvest cleaning.
4. Sorting
Removal of lightweight particles by means of the aspiration unit, with three sieves used for fine cleaning.
5. Calibration
Removal of lightweight particles by means of the aspiration unit, with all sieves being used for fine cleaning.
