Thanks, NF. Have you see the "Fallkniven A1 destruction test" here on YT? Amazing what it took to destroy the Fallkniven. Tester says itI'd be shocked if the Cold Steel blade could match that test.
Excellent review as usual. I don't have Twitter but I do know what the secret knife is :) That Bark River was gorgeous too. I love those but just can't justify the price. Thanks for supplying great reviews for so long, and for advocating for the Gun/outdoor community. Been a follower since 09 and I've really enjoyed the journey. Take care!
I dislike how many people comlain about the longevity of these videos - I want to know every intricate detail. I don't have much money to throw, so when i'm in the market for something and I see a Nutnfancy review, I immediately home in. I can't afford to be unsure about my purchases, because $150 or $100 on a knife is a huge freaking purchase for me. So his hard work gives me huge gains. Thanks, Nutn. Big fan!
Twitter is a lot less immature than you might think; it's merely a simple way for people to get messages to a larger audience, and a godsend for RUclips content creators who want to keep their viewers up to date between videos. Should definitely give it a go.
TMP! I have no realistic way of showing my gratitude for this great content... But if you ever get your butt to Stockholm, I would love to give you a tour of it all.
If it takes you "15 minutes to get a razors edge", you've got other issues more important than grind. Great video and I love the knives you speak of here.
I hope to own a Falkniven one day, just hope I'm not too old to use it by then :) Love your vids; America needs more true patriots like you! God bless and keep up the great work!
What an awesome contest! You rock nutnfancy and everyone that supports you. Good luck to all who enter. The contents of the channel has been very rewarding and entertaining in my small opinion. Still hoping for some more great outdoor adventure series as time goes by. There's not much for scenery in flat land mid michigan. That won't stop me from getting out to my local state and national parks to explore and create my own adventures as your project has inspired me to live more positively and proactive!
Been considering pulling the trigger on a Fallkniven A1 or SRK for several years because I wanted a stainless steel knife for those long, wet periods here in the north woods of Maritime Canada. Cold Steel just released the SRK in an all VG-1 build, and that looked about perfect so I ordered one a couple days ago. I love Fallkniven, but they are simply over priced, and the quality difference is marginal. People knock CS but my Trail Master has held up well over the years. If the SRK is as good, I'll be more than happy.
Sup Nutnfancy. I haven't used my DSmatts account in years but am still following the project. Hope you've enjoyed the knife. Please keep the knife it was my contribution to the project years ago I bought 2, one for you and of coarse one for myself. Enjoy!
Drama in the comment section, lets just focus on the reason we started watching and subscribing, No B.S. Honest Reviews/Philosophy/Adventure. Keep up the good work Nutn' !!!
My 15 year old Cold Steel Carbon V SRK is one of my favorite blades. I've carried it for literally thousands of miles and used it for many camps. If you shy away from carbon steel because it might get some surface rust, then you worry WAY too much. A little rust on a blade just shows that it's good steel. Wipe it off and keep going. It's sad that Cold Steel discontinued that steel.
+Blakgun Agreed! The U.S. made Camillus Carbon V is still the best knife steel I have ever owned. I have several Carbon V knives including a Carbon V Trailmaster from the early 90s. It has seen a lot of strops, but has only needed grind sharpening twice in the last 15 years.
Beautiful Wasatch mountains. We've had a dry winter. Should be 2-3 ft of snow at that mid-elevation. Some things suck here(like everywhere else), but having those mountains as a playground is amazing. I should be there right now. See ya.
Nutn, Fallkniven used to distribute cold steel before going it on their own. And like Cold Steel, Fallkniven designs knives, but doesn't make them. Cold Steels San MaIII knives, and Fallkniven's laminated VG10, are made by the same manufacturer, start to finish. There is no "old world" in Fallkniven's offerings, as their initial line, was a reworking of the Cold Steel designs that they used to distribute. Think of the Northern Light series, and how, well uhm "similar" they look to the Trail Master and Recon Scout. I have owned both. I am 6'5" and have large hands. The exposed tang of there Fallkniven knives bite into the meat of my hand. I also find that the VG10 core chips MUCH easier than the VG1 core. The people who come on (not talking about you NUTN) and show their ignorance by bashing Cold Steel when discussing these 2 manufactures, cracks me up). I have owned both an F1 and an A1. Those 2 knives were quickly traded out of my collection. I have an SRK, a Master Hunter, a Natchez Bowie, and a Trail master in San Mail III that won't be leaving my collection. Overall, I prefer Cold Steel's designs in their San Mai III over Fallkniven designs. Manufacturing is a wash, because it is the same manufacturer.
I know it cancels out the "Laminated" part of this, but with the new SRK being offered in CPM-3V, I'd say the advantage just shifted in a sizeable way toward Lynn (and his oversized ego.)
Any recommendations for a fighting knife I am not old enough to carry a pistol and was thinking about getting a cold steel boot knife because I have army boots I were every were but are there better choices?
Hey nutn, love the vid as I'm trying to get into fixed blades. Would you mind reviewing some bradford fixed blades? Their on your recommended page at bladehq and they look sweet with their m390 and all. Thanks man.
That mystery knife, that's the Ka-bar Mark 1 right? It's been on my watch list for a few years now, I'll be happy to know what you think, the steel is the only thing that put me off to it.
Hey nutn. Younger guy here, I've got twitter, Facebook instagram, etc. I just want to say something, and I'll send you a letter because you probably won't read this. But where are you going man? No more tabletop knife reviews because they only get 6k views? I'm one of those 6k. That is the reason I subscribed. Back to the contest. Just doesn't seem like you. Are you giving knives away because your knife review days are going far and in between. Lately I see a lot of stuff you're psyched about. And why you are. I miss the criticisms that made me enjoy the SOG flash, Kershaw Leek, and even understand a little about blade steel. Seemed like it used to be about getting info out there, updating on new stuff. Now it seems more things directed to amp up views. Hope your family is well. Thanks for everything you've done. Hope the future is bright for you.
If you can answer that question, then you deserve to start your own company, and make the world's most popular/best knives. Even the highest of the high end stainless steels made through a powder metallurgy process will lose out to good carbon steels in nearly every category...except corrosion resistance and maybe abrasion resistance. The moment you add chromium it messes things up from a cutlery metallurgical perspective, and all these modern steels are all attempting to achieve carbon steel performance in a stainless blade. That being said, some steels will perform better at certain tasks than others. I think you're just going to have to test out a steel to find out which ones do better...but you're probably going to end up spending more money... Is S30V, S35VN, S90V, ZDP189, SG2 etc etc better than the best properly heat treated carbon steels(o-1, Aogami Super Blue, 1095, 1055, Hitachi white, Hitachi blue, etc etc)? I say no, in most applications, especially as a woods blade. The stainless steels might hold an edge longer in cutting(abrasion resistance), but they are almost always going to be more brittle(prone to chipping), and if not, they're going to be waaaay waaaaaay harder to sharpen generally, much more difficult to get an ultimately sharp edge, not to mention waaaaay waaaay more expensive. The stainless steels that are easy to work with(easier to sharpen and such), such as VG-10 or AUS-8 are not even close to being as durable as the carbon steels. Basically, with a stainless blade, you have to pick your poison. Of course, this is just one man's experience, a snapshot in time, subject to change, and I hope the industry continues to develop new and innovative products.
I also like 154CM. The CPM154 variety is even better, though a little pricey. I don't think it's as corrosion resistant as vg-10, but both are my preferred stainless knife steels. I will take 154cm over s30v in most applications because it's much easier to re-profile/resharpen.
Paul Yoshida You seem to know your steels. I recently got a gift from my kids. It's a Katina Sword replica, which was made to the exact manner a traditional sword was made in Japan. All parts are genuine and even came with a Certificate of metals and materials. The sword is 40" long with a 26" blade. My question...is the 1095 Carbon Steel any Good??? The blade did not come Sharpen. However, took it to a Knife store to have it sharpen. I do know my firearms. However, when it comes to knives, I have no idea. I did pick up a bunch of Morakniv's which I'm told is pretty good for their price points. Just needed a few decent all around knives for me and the kids to use when we go camping/hiking. Thank you in advance if you or anyone else answers my above question. Though I would like to get a few more good quality knives. I don't want to be spending $300 per knife. Any knives I purchase, will be used as a tool and not for collecting per se. Any suggestions on some good knives, will be greatly appreciated.
Ok, so, your question, is 1095 any good. It depends on what your expectations are, and the skill/quality control of the maker/manufacturer. Also, a "katana" made with 1095 is most likely not "made in the exact manner" as a traditional Japanese katana. A truly traditional katana is hand forged from "tamahagane," which is raw metal gathered from local, natural sources such as a riverbed. Most sword makers in Japan today will outsource the steel gathering, and purchase the "tamahagane," or else they may use Hitachi white steel...but traditionally, they use the tamahagane. Also, the traditional Katana sword is laminated, so the tamahagane is the cutting core, with a softer metal as the outer layer. There are few craftsmen in Japan still making Katanas in the traditional manner, and their swords are a work of art. Anyway...most "replicas" such as the ones made by coldsteel use a commonly available strong steel(when heat treated properly) such as 1095 or 1055. I have no idea if your sword is really high quality or not, based on the information provided. In case you don't know much about 1095, it's a carbon steel(non-stainless), which means it will rust readily, and therefore is higher maintenance. However, a good 1095 steel knife will be tough and durable, will hold an edge well, and if taken care of, can be an heirloom quality piece. If there's a specific application you're looking into, I might be able to give you some recommendations...but so far that's about all I can say... I hope I was able to provide some useful information for you...
+Pedro Bonifacios Palacios For bushcraft the cheapest mora you can find will beat either. Buy six or seven and always keep a spare in your glove compartment and back pack. Even if you go with the money pits you are still well advised to buy those mora knives and stash them because sooner or later you are going to need a knife and the money pit isn't going to be handy.
Nutn' I wish I could participate in this give away, but I won't because I'm not into twitter. I also don't really have an active youtube channel. I've been watching your videos for years now, and eventually created an account just to subscribe, but I probably won't qualify for the give away. I don't mind people knowing that I like your channel...I am not shy to enter into debate over my personal convictions... I'm just not active on these social network scenes...there's just not enough time for it. I hope some deserving person wins the give away.
MetusBatmanV4 You should respect them automatically because they are older than us. Therefore, more wisdom and experience. Something you should look up to. Also, try expanding your vocabulary besides "Moron".
MetusBatmanV4 Damn kid. I don't even know how to respond. Shit is just spewing out of your mouth. If I was your parent and I saw this, I would beat you.
Can't figure out for to pm so I'll go here. First off love your videos!!! Second I was watching doodles "why should I want a 1911" and saw a streamlight tlr1s on a glock 21 gen 4. patiently waiting for the review!! Been thinkin about getting the HL for my first pistol (glock 19 gen 4 in FDE!) I'm not one of those idiots that like to hang so much crap off there guns but this is a valid POU in my opinion Btw. I am a triple owl and the owl is on the shed. Or the falcon is on the car hood;) :p
Get it. I wouldn't recommend a strobe model (too many options to get confused with when you're trying to defend your life), but the regular TLR1 or the TLR1 HL are both great options.
@jake totally agree. Do you any experience. If so what do you think and like and dislike about it. Not trying to sound like a BUTT but the HL has a strobe mode too
I don't own one anymore, but I've used them quite a bit. I prefer the Surefire X300 Ultra, but it's nearly 3 times the price. I sometimes worried about the durability of the activation flippers on the back, but I never had one break on me. The HL model is an absolute flamethrower- almost too much for a middle-of-the-night light. It's a little chunky and square, but you get used to it. I really liked it when I had it. About the strobe- it can actually be disabled, can't remember how to do it. I HIGHLY recommend that you shut it off.
Really disappointed in your "contest" Nutn. Way to make loyal TNPers feel like second class citizens. You should be insightful enough to know that a huge, maybe even the majority of your audience doesn't do twitter or even Facebook for that matter. Furthermore, you've limited this to other content creators, and eliminated folks like myself who absorb content. I've never made a video, nor will I ever. But I've been watching your videos, faithfully for years. And I don't recall EVER not uprating one, either. So, double owls like myself are automatically out. I'm not crying about the chance to win some yet unidentified, random knife. I'm disappointed that in an effort to become even more social media mainstream, he's excluded those that make up the heart and soul of his project.
Eh, he chose a quick and simple method. If the contest wasn't straight forward and simple, it would have been too much work then he wouldn't have done one at all.
Dr. Dac How are we not reaping benefits. We are watching his channel for the sake of seeing reviews and what his review is on it is. That should be plenty reaping.
***** well with that logic everyone who entered and did not win the contest should be mad because they did not "reap the benefits". He never has contest so that fact that he did one in the first place and gave way knives he bought with his money im glad two people where lucky enough to win
Those two are on my top knives list. Unfortunately my SRK is in aus 8 but it still a great knife. The S1 is probably my favorite knife that I own. The cutting edge on both are extremely close in length. I'm not a big fan of the ricasso on the SRK. Although I don't prefer choils, I'd prefer it to that flat ricasso the SRK has. I like the was Fallkniven got that edge as close to the handle as possible. As Nutnfancy said, the S1 was designed to be used in cold wet/ snowy environments and therefore was designed to be used with gloves, hence the thin handle. Great review! Oh the S1 sheath does have drain holes by the way. It's actually a slit the inside the lashing area at the bottom of the sheath.
i'm going to be honest with you, i think i know which the "secret knife" is, the other, no clue. But i have been featuring TNP on my channel since i knew you could do that, my first thought was, which ones should i feature, take a look (TNP, Sootch00 and ReallyBigMonkey1) all are still my favorites. Thank you Nutn, doing honest reviews. The best with TNP is still the philosophy and political videos even though i live in Sweden, but i agree with you almost always (especially the philosophy videos). I´ve been subscribing since 2010 i think. Thank you Nutn and Greetings from Sweden. And thank you for giving me life advice and how to think logical in certain matters and keeping me away from the "Sheeple" lifestyle
Could we get more multi-tool reviews (Leatherman, Swisstool, SOG) in the nutnfancy project? I like to hear what others think of different tool makers and there design before I buy some thing new.
Ditto on the Twitter feed. I bought the cold steel San Mai 3 other wise I would have gone with the falkniven but I liked the steel a little better. When I bought it i watched both the original reviews about 5 years ago. Thanks nutnfancy!
i gave the srk not the sami to my daughter great knife .i don't like the handle it catches on clothes so i cord rapped it .would like to do the handle project on it but too many irons in the fire .great vid . sog seal pup ?
Honestly thats a hard choice, but i would probably not get any chances to use either on a camping trip when i go camping i spend 20% time sleeping and the other 80% fishing
I've been eyeing the Cold Steel SRK and checked it out when I visited Blade HQ in Lehi, UT. I'm sold and I need one for my survival kit. I've seen it on the reviewing table in several recent TNP videos and it caught my eye. I love the sheath on the SRK and it is better than my Cold Steel Peace Maker II (Nutnfancy signed). :)
I think that Cold Steel San Mai III uses VG-10, and the Fallkniven 'CoS laminate' (or whatever, the 3G is something else) uses the 'San Mai III' method of lamination... with VG-10. They ARE identical, steel-wise.
Ha, this channel's great. When Nutn brings out these knives with the scratches on them, I know I'm listening to somebody who's "been there" and sharing truth. Long live TNP!
TKDLION Yea, I thought of that after I posted. I tend to default to hardest possible use. I know that Lunatic Noss couldn't break an A1 completely in half.
double owl watching since '08 but don't want or have twitter, so no contest for me. easily recognized the "mystery" knife though. won't spoil it for the rest.
Fällknivens knifes are issued as the standard knife for the Swedish military up north and for the intended purpose of chopping up firewood and general purpose I think they work great.
It was your SRK vid that made be choose it over the FKVN years ago. I don't cry when I abuse it like I would a safe queen. The only thing that gives me a bit of a downer about it is the way the secure ex sheath has been nibbling at the handle material from long term use. It reached a point that it didn't wear as much, but for awhile I was worried that either the SRK would start becoming loose with that lost material.
I've three Falkniven knives. S1, WM1, U2. The only one which I'd buy again is the WM1. I've the S1 in semi-black coating.. Semi because it's coming off quite easily. Black coating that I've on my zero tolerance is MUCH more durable. I didn't put it through any rough use and it's already pretty much wear down, including chips on the blade (no I did not hit any rocks, no abuse of the blade..). U2 is a nice, lightweight pocket knife. But for less money and same size-category you can have one of these mini spydercos like dragonfly 2, which actually has gimping, better grip, better handle, more useful blade shape and stronger lock. The lock on my U2 is quite loose. Sharpening stone I've to send back to Fallkniven due to poor quality. It was replaced free of charge but ppl I know were complaining about Falkniven's customer service and the interwebz seems to confirm that's not one of the best, diplomatically said. Finally - the price. I would turn a blind eye on the coating, chipping, lose lock, customer service, etc if it would be somewhere around the Byrd's price range ... BUT NOT IN THIS PRICE RANGE! Fallknivens are EXPENSIVE. You expect superb quality. Frankly I'm much happier with my ZTs or Spydercos.
I appreciate your videos thanks for what you do!
Thank you my friend I appreciate you saying so!
Thanks, NF. Have you see the "Fallkniven A1 destruction test" here on YT? Amazing what it took to destroy the Fallkniven. Tester says itI'd be shocked if the Cold Steel blade could match that test.
Great video. Love your enthusiasm for the cost affective knives.
This is my favorite channel by a long shot thank you for making the vids

The beginning was so adorable!
Damn it!
I will never Twitter. Any options for adults?

Fuck twitter, its bad enough as it is that i had to make a google plus...

I guess you could give facebook a go less trolly acounts
Twitter is the option.
TMP! I have no realistic way of showing my gratitude for this great content... But if you ever get your butt to Stockholm, I would love to give you a tour of it all.
I'm considering a SRK but I do love my Fallkniven!

Hey nutn, just thought I should let you know that you can add an umlaut to Fällkniven by pressing Alt + U and then typing the "a".
That was a fun watch and welcome info. Thanks! The bushcrafting footage makes me want to get outside.

What is the best and the worst in your opinion? I do the rankings from first to last place
Cold Steel SRK is heavy, but best bang for the buck in my humble opinion, they also work well as dive knives if you want something tuff.
Where are you in the opening shot? That's beautiful scenery, and I'm curious.
So many cool knives in there.
allie the mountain dog!!!
there were knives?
I cant get past the first 40 seconds.....repeat!!!!
lol
Will the Falknivan A1 throw sparks off a ferro rod? For that matter, do stainless steel knives throw sparks?
Sup Nutnfancy. I haven't used my DSmatts account in years but am still following the project. Hope you've enjoyed the knife. Please keep the knife it was my contribution to the project years ago I bought 2, one for you and of coarse one for myself. Enjoy!

btw...what was the answer to the question please?...great review...i agree
I would like you to do a new review on the nimravus benchmade knife they fixed all your problems that you had years ago.
U pronounce (spellcheck?) fällkniven good! It like fellkniven and u nailed it!
I know it cancels out the "Laminated" part of this, but with the new SRK being offered in CPM-3V, I'd say the advantage just shifted in a sizeable way toward Lynn (and his oversized ego.)

you probably dont answer but what do you think about the extrema ratio selvans or kreios?
I was sold on the cold steel before you pulled out the first SOG. Not a knife guy, but i am in the market for a good general purpose fixed blade.
Whoever wins this deserves it. Those are some elite questions.
Felt like a high school reunion! Haven't seen those blades in like forever! ahahaha!
Hey nutn.

You should really message him this.
How do I PM. I'm on the youtube app and can't figure it out.
MetusBatmanV4 He's not whining.
What if we don't have twitter?
Sol?
Matt Behnke
Shit out of luck.
Matt Behnke Jesus dude "shit outta luck"
I don't think nutnfancy would appreciate those things on his videos, and really that doesn't make sense.
Do you I look like nutnfancy police? I think he's smart enough to protect himself anyway. Would you say that to him? Give everyone equal respect
What fixed blade would you take on a 3-4 day backpacking trip?
Props for actually pronouncing Fällkniven the correct way. Side note, I wonder why a company that calls itself The Folding Knife makes fixed blades
are they all full tang cause these are some pretty impressive knives
Mystery knife is the sog government aus 6?
What are some stainless knives that hold equal in performance with the 1095's? I run an Esee 6 now and would love an equal partner in stainless.

Is there a great Molle sheath for the SRK?
TNP fan (not fanboy) since 2009. Keep up the good work!
What was the favorite knife where u only showed the handle?
What do you think it is better for bushcraft the f1 or s1
+Pedro Bonifacios Palacios For bushcraft the cheapest mora you can find will beat either. Buy six or seven and always keep a spare in your glove compartment and back pack. Even if you go with the money pits you are still well advised to buy those mora knives and stash them because sooner or later you are going to need a knife and the money pit isn't going to be handy.
As a younger veiwer after the "give away" in a next video please tell us the mystery knife. Thanks
The drainage hole is inside the bottom loop like thingy on their zytel sheaths. You practically need a flashlight to even see it, but it is there.
havent even watched the vid yet!!! too excited! I've been waitin for this one!!!
Nice knifes. I really like black jack, Ontario , etc... I recently bought a condor moonstalker it's fantastic
Hmmm...I'm still not on twitter...good gear community there?
Any blade will ship (or flaten or dent if softer steel) if you hit a harder surface with it (like a rock). This is not only the case for VG-10.
Some of us older guys don't even know how the F to use a tweet. Agree with "HondoLane76". Good luck man, it's been a good ride.
MetusBatmanV4 Are you 12? Can you even grasp what you are saying to someone older than you? Show some respect kid.
Thank you sir:
I'm 58 and don't appreciate a snot nosed kid "dissin" me.
My generation is fucked :/
Can't figure out for to pm so I'll go here. First off love your videos!!! Second I was watching doodles "why should I want a 1911" and saw a streamlight tlr1s on a glock 21 gen 4. patiently waiting for the review!! Been thinkin about getting the HL for my first pistol (glock 19 gen 4 in FDE!)
I'm not one of those idiots that like to hang so much crap off there guns but this is a valid POU in my opinion
Btw.
G. I. Tanto review next! Keep the krvs coming nutn.
Just be greatful that he even had a contest
Eh, he chose a quick and simple method. If the contest wasn't straight forward and simple, it would have been too much work then he wouldn't have done one at all.
***** it's called feeling joy for the good fortune of others. but this experience might be unfamiliar to the self absorbed.
Dr. Dac
How are we not reaping benefits.
+Chase Palagi I agree I don't like ricasso's or choils, just don't understand the need for them.
i'm going to be honest with you, i think i know which the "secret knife" is, the other, no clue.
Not a bad pronunciation of Fällkniven, good job! Did you have someone tell you the Swedish pronunciation or did you figure it out on your own?
Great video Nutn!!
i gave the srk not the sami to my daughter great knife .i don't like the handle it catches on clothes so i cord rapped it .would like to do the handle project on it but too many irons in the fire .great vid .
sog seal pup ?
Honestly thats a hard choice, but i would probably not get any chances to use either on a camping trip when i go camping i spend 20% time sleeping and the other 80% fishing
I've been eyeing the Cold Steel SRK and checked it out when I visited Blade HQ in Lehi, UT. I'm sold and I need one for my survival kit. I've seen it on the reviewing table in several recent TNP videos and it caught my eye. I love the sheath on the SRK and it is better than my Cold Steel Peace Maker II (Nutnfancy signed). :)
Are the A1 and A2 a full scandi grind?
+Matthieu Cramers Convex grind :)
Loving the TNP Old School KRVs!!!!!
I think that Cold Steel San Mai III uses VG-10, and the Fallkniven 'CoS laminate' (or whatever, the 3G is something else) uses the 'San Mai III' method of lamination... with VG-10. They ARE identical, steel-wise.
I haven't delved into collecting knives yet so I don't have much to compare to, but I still love my BK17!
Ha, this channel's great. When Nutn brings out these knives with the scratches on them, I know I'm listening to somebody who's "been there" and sharing truth. Long live TNP!
You should get one of those squishy pet bowls nutn.
Fine work nutn! Im craving a new philosiphy movie though.. bless you all
Im a bit of a perfectionist, i could never leave the house without a hair shaving sharp knife at the very least.
I have the AUS-8 Cold Steel SRK & I didn't like the grind on it so I ground it to a big convex bubble. It baton's wood real good but its ugly..
Good comparison. I like the tang on the S1 better. That would most likely be my choice just from the standpoint of perceived resilience.
TKDLION Yea, I thought of that after I posted. I tend to default to hardest possible use. I know that Lunatic Noss couldn't break an A1 completely in half.
Skip past twitter stuff straight to why you came at 4:38
Such sick vids lately!!! Thanks nutnfancy!!!!!
dang what the heck, cold steel leatherneck in sk5 steel ?
Never stop doing what you're doing!
What exactly is tnp?
The nutnfancy project
double owl watching since '08 but don't want or have twitter, so no contest for me. easily recognized the "mystery" knife though. won't spoil it for the rest.
How do I get that patch?
Fällknivens knifes are issued as the standard knife for the Swedish military up north and for the intended purpose of chopping up firewood and general purpose I think they work great.
I have had S1 since '99 and bought my dad F1 in 2000 for 50th. birthday. Great knives.
Nutnfancy over the years you have shown to like case knives, so why don't you review some? And no I do not have any case knives. Btw love the videos.
Great video
Thanks
It's the same damn knife!! Maybe different steel / handle material but design is almost identical
Not to be a pest,
PTR-91 review?
Hey Nutn, sorry no twitter. Been a follower for a while, trip owl. wish I could partake in the event.
That sucks. i don't do twatter.
U can get A1 and S1 in black coating....
