how many pieces of track are needed for the entire coaster do you think? i did an approximate estimation because thunderbird at holiday world is 3,035 feet long, and one of those pieces of track looks to be maybe 30? feet long and so around 100 pieces total? but i could be totally wrong
Thanks to the site plan having everything labeled, it's 87 to be exact. 76 pieces of 'normal' track, 5 for the launch, 4 for the brake run, and 1 each for the transfer table and station. I believe there's 29 pieces installed so far, so we're right around the 1/3 mark!
@@BrianSterowski For the riders. I was thinking about people and the restraints and how people are such different sizes, both height and weight but some of the loops and turns height could matter with people that are getting near 7 foot tall or over on the same ride as people under 5 feet tall.
thanks for the update! wow the netting is cool! hopefully some new pieces will be placed tomorrow!!
I will be at the park tomorrow maybe I will see you but probably not. Thank you for keeping us posted.

great video! anything new over around the go kart area where they fenced off?
Not yet. I don’t expect them to do anything over there this year.
This looks a lot like Thunderbird at Holiday World
Very similar

I knew you’d know! Thanks for explaining that!
Do they usually have height restrictions on the coasters?
For riders or the actual height of the structure?
