Both of them good! I would just Google the temperatures and decide upon personal preference
Last place is called KASPER and the owner Marco is a great Music Man. Beer is quite expensive there :))) Because they don't want that type of customers. If you order Baileys or Mojito or any type of wine is half of the beer price. The best Music in town is in KASPER. I LOVE BU2

Is there much places with vegan options in local restaurants
I think you can find vegan options, although there’s not much variety. Montenegrins like their meat
No way bro Balkans love meat and dairy. There might be some places in Budva with vegan options because it has tourists from around the world, but definitely not a lot.

Very good tour of the city! If Budva makes me think of anywhere it is Israel, kind of a combination of Tel Aviv beaches with Jerusalem old town.
