Kevin McGahern Opens Up About Hardy Bucks Behind The Scenes & His Worst Audition Ever

Kevin McGahern chats to Martin King & Fionnuala Jones about performing stand up comedy in his home county of Cavan and how he once ran into a relative there her thought was dead.
He talks about Hardy Bucks and how it was the most fun he has had making something because so much of it was improv. He tells the story of a time they were shooting a scene in a car park using real drugs instead of a prop and two Gardai approached them and said they were going to be arrested and their footage destroyed.
He explains how they were about to be put in the Garda car when it was revealed that the two Guards were joking.
Kevin later tells the story of the worst audition he ever did for a movie. He explains how the role he was going for was a stoner character so he thought it would help if he went to Stephen's Green and drank a few cans of Prazsky.
