When you think about it was bound to happen. When I first connected my LC was using the original HD with “maybe” the first install. So who knows what all is getting connected and shared.

When setting up globaltalk was there any consideration using a Network based VPN using routers / switches to prevent these machines from being publicly accessible on the internet?
Yes, one of the dangers is for it to work you need to know IPs of the other users. Which is why it’s still pretty closed to the public now. I know there are some people working on ways to open it up with out compromising your own network safety.
Has anyone tried some classic AppleTalk games like Bolo or SuperMazeWars?
Yes! There are some games already and people are trying more. I just upgraded my LC to 10 MB of ram so I have enough to join in too.
