Hello Rose. I purchased this machine from OfferUp a few weeks ago and I'm so grateful I found you because it did not come with the manual or the dry bristle brush for vacuuming carpet.
I'm hoping that you might know where I can purchase a replacement vacuum brush for this machine? I've tried contacting black and decker directly and multiple vacuum retailers with no luck.
I'd really appreciate your help.
One last question, for the cleaning solution, you mentioned nothing that foams.
Are there a few specific products you could possibly recommend?
