Talking to the cameraman and showing some bloopers is a nice touch, reminds me of Brad and Vinnie on the Bon Appetit channel, lol. Excellent looking chicken as well.
Excellent! Made two chickens using an herbed butter on my kettle grills last week. Will definitely try this recepie! Wonder how this would be using turkey! Thanksgiving is coming up here in the U.S. and this may be a good time for me to find out!
That sure looks Good.👍 I will ask Phil in Florence. What was temperature at grate and dome level. That really was impressive. Is that a 18” smoker, that looks similar to weber smokey mountain.
Love me some mustard BBQ sauce too! love that chicken idea Just one question...what the hell is Pee-Kin wood? Just kiddin, I love some Pecan (Puh-khan) for BBQ too, we use it a lot here in Texas Whole hog or small wild pig is great with a tangy sweet mustard BBQ sauce, we are heading out in the morning to get ready for white tail deer season, may shoot a wild hog or two. It's gonna pretty warm so you never know. We will get some this year for sure Come out here and visit!! Devin Thomas Mutts and Butts BBQ Crew Prosper Texas
Looks amazing! Can't wait to try it once I get back home in Portugal....thanks and a big "hello" from not Doha this morning but Katmandu....will look for some Nepalese flavour hints.
Looks amazing, and your channel is fantastic! Always look forward to seeing your vids! Btw, what kind of a smoker was that you used? Looks kind of like a Weber Smokey Mountain, but I know it's not. Thanks!
Bro that chicken looks fantastic looks absolutely delicious how about doing video where you're comparing all the regions here that do barbecue in the United States you know the big regions like Memphis Kansas City North Carolina South Carolina Georgia and Alabama and see what you think is the best region for barbecue
That looks fantastic! Am I crazy, Roel, or did you mention some time back that you were going hunting? How did you do? If you were successful, how about some smoke-roasted venison?
@@PITMASTERX its good bro I love your channel and always excited to see your channel pop up in my notifications 😛 when im older and have my own house im defiantly going to have a big barbeque pit lol
Is it a mistaken idea towards the opinion that’s it’s not healthy to eat meat cooked over charcoal to often? Can you provide any facts about that opinion?

Thanks Michael.. brad and Vinnie run an awesome show.. very inspiring
So glad you left the backbone in. That's the most fun part for a southerner to eat, next to the tail.
I’ve done that technique a few times & you were spot on! Awesome job!
You make some of the best content on all of youtube. Keep up the good work.
Looks amazing as always :)
Tried the recipe today. Was very nice. Was it yellow American mustard? I used that and it added a pickle type flavour.
And each region they all have their own way of doing ribs so ribs would be a fantastic choice to use
great suggestion
95 degrees C? Wouldn't that dry out the chicken? I normally aim for 75 degrees tops?
