@6ela I meant for the above question to be in response to you. Can you tell me what the process is like for alcohol withdrawal management? But especially, how long does it take for non-addiction related, medically managed inmates to receive their outside world prescriptions. Do they treat mental and physical health issues differently in regards to diagnosis. I'm sure y'all are like Texas and require a county or state eval before dispensing psych meds already prescribed by outside docs. BTW: Thanks for doing a draining, shit pay job. I cannot imagine getting out of bed facing your day!
It's so nice to see all these videos together. Sobriety is a complicated and bumpy process. It often takes a very long time with lots of helping hands along the way to give the best chance to stay sober. Sometimes it's successful, but often it's not 😟. 🙏 Best wishes for Mr H.
FIRST, you take the drug, then the drug takes YOU: your job, your family, your bank account, your house, your apartment, your health, your self esteem, your integrity, your friends, your freedom, and in the end your LIFE.
Judge Simpson is all about Tough Love. He truly cares for all people and we've seen him get very emotional during Victim Impact Statements. This guy Heenan; I feel awful about his case. I grew up with an alcoholic father and I know that it's destroying this man's life. He is going to need six months to a year of hardcore rehab. He has a tough road ahead of him. At least this Judge, this Man among men is going to stick it out with Heenan. Judge is bound and determined to this guy get clean and stay clean. This Judge is very special. The people of Ann Arbor are lucky to have a Jurist like Judge Simpson. If I could ask him one thing and one thing only; please write a book. I would love to read that book.
The road to sobriety is fraught with twists, turns, bumps and potholes. What works for one doesn't work for all. Find your way to sobriety because the hard work pays off. I know, because I have been there. Good luck to anyone facing this challenge. Have a sober and safe day. 🥰😎
I now work as a support specialist at salvation Army harbor light in Clinton township Michigan, i micromanage the day to day lives of anywhere between 80-100 addicts, most of which have the emotional maturity of a 13 year old. I can tell you that amphetamine users have to be by far the most frustrating to deal with, aside from duster addicts, but i have only encountered a few of them. I can tolerate stupid and i can handle arrogant, but having both in one package drives me bananas. That is what adderal and meth heads are
I don't think being put in jail is coddling him. Simpson has empathy for lots of these people. He sees that Heenan is a decent person, Heenan was honest with him (to a fault) that first day in court. He wants the help, but he's incapable of helping himself without being forced. Simpson doesn't always give second chances, but he also doesn't always lock people up to protect them from themselves. This is a different case, but, in my opinion, not due to the money the guy has, but because of his character.
I agree with judge Simpson. The man doesnt want to put in the work, he is just tfying to get by with how much he can drink and not get caught. He doesnt want to stop drinking.
Does they medically manage alcohol withdrawal in prison, in Michigan? Dope sick makes you wish you were dead. But alcohol withdrawl of a serious, pacreatitis, jaundiced, has to drink to "get right" alcoholic can be deadly. Seizures are common, and heart attacks from withdrawl are possible in near or end-state alcohol abuse. I know in Texas, that even non-addicts who are in County awaiting trial or serving a short sentence and require medications for whatever condition they already were being treated for rarely recieve meds.
Mr Heenan needs medical care very soon. I certainly hope that washtinaw county jain will at least give him Librium. I know Wayne, Oakland and Macomb county jail does. Those three even do MAT for opiates.
I don't think that any free treatment should even be offered by the courts, it means tax payers are funding the treatment they get. The tax payer didn't make these idiots ever to take drugs, it was their choice and there's alone. The tax payer shouldn't be held financially liable to teat these idiots at their cost.
the first one, i saw live. i'm not happy how it went. no one that's currently using is gonna tell the truth and he's likely doing his best. u don't function when ur coming off. u don't. i think the kid deserved a bit more courtesy. but the days in jail are gonna force it out of his system.. the sarcasm is off to me for simpson; he seems to usually understand how addicts work but he was just not having this one.
I would drink cat piss if it had a lick of booze. Wish we could use gifs. Picture Bill the Cat. And if you don't know who that is? I'm sorry for you. Look up Bloom County by Berke Breathed.
I love that 'Mr. Allen' slipped seamlessly into the sentence!
It's always a pleasure to watch Judge Simpson conduct the cases before him. Our world is a better place because he's part of it. 🥰
I work as a therapist at a CMH center and i see Mr. Heenans often. Very sad but i hope he makes the changes he needs to. Simpson is incredible.

Junior isn’t aware the marshal just swooped behind him, that’s always a bad sign.
A great job with the follow up videos. Thank you.
Glad you liked it!

It’s sad. I’m glad Mr. Heenan is being honest. That’s a good first step.
Poor Mr. Hernan😢😢😢

Nothing good ever came out of the bottom of a bottle. Love you lil Wolf 🐺
Replay crew! Thanks LonewolfUsul! "Make sure youre gonna tell me the truth, Mr Allen." 😅 Smooth! Great job Judge! ❤
Glad you enjoyed it
Judge Simpson Rocks! Go MD Terps🥰
Very sad case Mr Heenan
I think that the defendant could get off with a warning if he just said: "Judge, I said that because I am a drug addict." ROFL

Agreed! I would buy that book in a heartbeat & I'd read it immediately. 🥰
9:00 Judge's face says it all. Hey Wolfie, you look splendid today btw. Man this dude doesn't understand "STFU". Not at all!
Thank you so much.

I feel like this is not the last time we see Mr. Heenan on bond violations.
I don't drive. I wish I could get liquor delivered!! 😂
This first guy made me lose brain cells listening to him
The Heenan saga continues.

Oh no, his fourth appearance, not good, he gets that look like Granddad from the Boondocks
I love Judge Simpson ❤!
Everytime he stutters, he is lying.
Seems he gets a little extra “coddling” bc he’s got money…? Sure seems like HE is WRITING his own program!

Mr Lay did indicate that he had a conversation with the staircase banister

Heenan is such a sad case...I wonder why they divorced
I hope Heenan gets into the treatment he needs and finally figures out a way to live a clean, sober lie.
Mr. Allen😂

Umm, umm, umm, I'm scared. I mean like, umm, honestly your honor, umm.

He’s tested positive for benzos. Duel addiction.
What's High Noon's underlying charge that they still have to do the exam?
not sure. I think it is domestic. Like harrassment or something.
*Washtenaw* County 🙄
Did I accidentally mis-sell it? See this is what happens when I don't use my templates.

@@LoneWolfUsul That's OK. We got your back! 😊
