Hey Damjan, huge follower of your page , I am a job applicant, based on the DOL website my employer is fully certified from about a month ago but I’m yet to receive the documents to go to my embassy. Could you identify any reason for this ?

Assuming it was filed a month ago…Likely regular USCIS service and not premium, and/or could be an RFE they have to deal with.

hi damjan, how many days to received the i797b ,our case is approved last aug 30, 2024? my employer said they get the expedited process

Should get a receipt by email with premium on the day it’s received. Approval receipt with Don RFE within 10 business days.
