Signal free Drive from terminal 3 to Pataudi will be less than half an hour duration. It will yield higher than bahadurgarh plots in spite of spur on uer 2 as there they are already trading upwards of a lac a yard right up to Rohtak Jind Kaithal main sectors. It is a matter of next higher e auction prices fixation by Hsvp once 4th floor permission is back after elections.

So DLF Crest is not a luxury project? It has 504 units in 8.8 acres so density is 57 apartments per acre.
Dlf privana south in sector 77 has 30 families per acre density .
So that would be a real ultra luxury project .
