    So DLF Crest is not a luxury project? It has 504 units in 8.8 acres so density is 57 apartments per acre.

      Dlf privana south in sector 77 has 30 families per acre density .
      So that would be a real ultra luxury project .

    very nice video. The biggest scammer in this category is smart world (sister company of m3m) They are selling all their projects tagging as luxury. Delivery pe pta chalta hai tumhara kaata gaya hai

    But none of you surprisingly never recommend Hsvp plots in sector 1, Pataudi Gurgaon where in last 3 years, a simple investor has reaped 500% appreciation. From a rate of 14000/sq yd, that is, 250 sq yd plot of 35 lacs is now not available in 1.7 crore and should touch 2 cr within Diwali, another 8 months or so in a rising cycle, i.e. around 80000/sq yd, half of new Gurgaon sector 95 rates and same as reliance MET plots which are in Jhajjar district and which are no match to Hsvp plots, specially when pataudi Rewari Expressway is underway full swing cutting through kmp and Dwarka Expressway. Signal free Drive from terminal 3 to Pataudi will be less than half an hour duration. It will yield higher than bahadurgarh plots in spite of spur on uer 2 as there they are already trading upwards of a lac a yard right up to Rohtak Jind Kaithal main sectors. It is a matter of next higher e auction prices fixation by Hsvp once 4th floor permission is back after elections.
