    Then the Chinese will urge the Chinese government to impose sanctions and tariffs on Australia and only buy energy, minerals and agricultural products from friendly countries such as Russia, Brazil and South Africa, rather than from countries that do bad things such as Australia.😳😳😳

      Just like Tiananmen square. The "Chinese" do not urge the Chinese government to do anything, the Chinese government dictates what the "Chinese" will urge the government to do.

      If Australia imposes tarrifs on Chinese products and if China retaliates by imposing tarrifs on Australian goods, Australia will suffer the most. Australia will experience a significant decline in its economy.
      Most of the products which Australia imports from China can not be made in Australia at present.
      If Australia stops importing goods or products from China and imports them from elsewhere, Australia will have to pay more for those goods or products

      Very difficult indeed, but when the going gets tough, the tough gets going. You have to learn and handle finances properly. you should hire a broker-advisor to help you diversify your assets to include ETFs/index funds/mutual funds and stocks of companies with consistent cash flows. Don't go for penny stocks.

      You have a very valid point, I started investing on my own and for a long time, the market was really ripping me off. I decided to hire a CFA, even though I was skeptical at first, and I beat the market by more than 24.3%. I thought it was a fluke until it happened two years in a row, and so I’ve been sticking to investing via an advisor.

      When they killed off our industries it started to go down.

      @Garrus-k1vdo you know how to read?
      Australia will literally become a third world dump if it wasn’t for Chinese imports.
      An average wage earner can fill their house with furnishings and appliances at a low price.
      If everything was made in Australia (which mind you, we don’t even have the technical capability let alone intelligence to do so), you would be paying $5000 for a sofa, $100 for a broom stick, $300 for a t shirt etc etc.

  • @rashedprime
    @rashedprime 3 дня назад +6

    60% tariff means America will have to manufacture these products at home. Meaning they will need manpower and raw material from their own country. This will create job opportunities for the Americans. Sounds wonderful, eh? No, this will be an absolute disaster! The cost for making these products will be tripled. Obviously the price will go up like crazy. The inflation will be at the top of the roof. Japan who is the biggest ally of the US already realised this and dumped $60B USD treasury bond because the value of USD will decrease. Other countries will be doing the same.
    There are plenty other issues with this tariff plan. Economist predicted that China will overtake the US by 2030. However, this Tariff plan means this will happen in 4 years time.
