Nothing in the video even in the slightest screamed "I ship a child with grown men!" There was no blushing towards any of the videos on screen or any sign of attraction towards MC's (Sally) child state. Purely just the thought that she was quite an adorable child, I mean who wouldn't? Sally was a sweet girl! Let's not forget she's technically much older than her apperance, this doesn't justify anything of course, she still has the body and mind of a little girl. She died at a very young age, canonically. But here it was said that she had survived it for the sake of the reaction, meaning she is currently an adult during the time of the reaction. They are shipped with the adult MC, which was only shown at the start. If the MC had been child in the current time of it, it would be a platonic relationship, they would've taken up a brotherly role if this was the case. They're simply watching her past!
