I'm in a positive psychology class in college right now, and this class, plus your msgs have helped me tremendously in letting this go. It's a cycle that still needs work, but I would like to share how this model looks. I will say to anyone going through this, first gratitude journaling, every day. Then, after a month of gratitude, find grace, find something that explains to you why they did what they did. Then, write a forgiveness letter, forgive yourself, forgive them. Set yourself free. The letter doesn't have to be delivered. This is for you. Then, make some goals for your future; obtainable smart goals and work towards them every day. Even writing a note about that goal is work. With time and work, you'll find peace in this cycle. Hopefully, someday, you'll hear their name, and you'll be indifferent. Love and peace to all reading this. ❤
