- Misono was the first Teppanyaki restaurant in the world, it opened in 1945 in Kobe, this is the Tokyo Ginza branch.
The microphone fails in this restaurant, beside that the original music playing in this restaurant is copyrighted.

I am stunned an awesome struck. The reverence with which he treats the food, the non violent way he cooks the food. It was so serene. Truly he is an artist. I could watch him do this forever and have researched the vid several times now. The music adds to this experience. I can definitely see why this music was playing in your head while watching this happen in front of you. I just wish I too could experience this first hand, but I, like everyone else watching, will have to settle for this awesome video. Thanks 👍

Most relaxing with the music selection in the video
Even though due to a failed mic the music had to be improvised in; I kind of liked it. It was a *little* loud, but it did add a nice and classy touch to the video.

Jeez!. 2 kilos of rice. They suckerpunch you at the end with a big ball of rice. Gravity becomes your enemy. ALOT of meals cooked on that it looks. Nice bite. Now,, if the chef starts directing classical music with those knives,,I'm out!!.
