❗Hello and welcome to the channel! Today, we’ll try to revive a smartphone with a broken screen and give it a temporary new lease on life. Specifically, I’ll demonstrate how to restore the screen functionality using a Samsung S8 as an example.
First, pay attention to the main impact area-the spot that caused the screen to stop working. Typically, when this happens, you’ll see partial stripes or a black spot extending across the screen. In my case, it’s the upper right corner. Carefully remove all shards of broken glass from the impact zone and perform the manipulations that are shown in the video. Gently, using a toothpick, run it along the display at the point of impact. If nothing changes, lift the display from the bottom in different places using a toothpick.As you can see, I managed to revive the display and now I have the opportunity to make a call or send a message. Although it may not function as a full-fledged smartphone, as a temporary solution, this method can be very helpful.
Over time, the connection will still degrade and the image will fade, so if you value this phone, it's better to take it in for repair.
