What an interesting journey! Thank you for sharing. When I was young, I had the chance to do Teakwondo in Germany. I never forgot how much it helped me to be strong, physically and mentally. Unfortunately, I don't do for decades. Great video, Micka.

とてもいい動画ありがとうございます！クロワッサン🥐美味しそうですね！石垣にミカエルさんのパン屋さんができるのを楽しみにしてます。今日は道に雪が積もってましたが、長靴をはいて散歩してきました。なんだか砂浜を歩いてるようでいい感じに体力つかいました😅
🥐✨ まだまだ修行中ですが、焼き上がったときの香りとサクサクの食感はたまりません！😆 いつか石垣で焼きたてのクロワッサンを振る舞える日が来るかも…！？
ニュースで福島はたくさん雪が降っていると言っていますが、 長靴をはいての散歩が石垣の砂浜を歩いているような感覚とは面白いですね😆 確かに、雪道を歩くのは良い運動になりそう！寒い日が続きますが、風邪をひかないように温かくしてお過ごしくださいね！
