Publix is good when its bye one get one free days hope you can take advantage of that but the rest is very expensive compared to Walmart and Aldis.

Groceries in the US are so expensive compared to the UK 🇬🇧. Aldi is my go to store and for a family of 4 with grandkids visiting on the weekends I spend around £60 and that’s with lots of kiddie snacks and fresh meats.

Fletcher is adorable. Would you mind me asking the ratio on the pineapple and cream of coconut? I have really bad edema in my legs but I have never tried that mixture. Your home is beautiful, and I love the floors throughout

Also I am interested in the drink your husband drinks for Edema. I have the same in my legs. Will you please share more of a detailed recipe… how much pineapple juice, cream of coconut and lemon zest? I would like to try that and see if it helps my swelling. Thank you! 🌷
Hi Cathy, thanks for subscribing 🤗 Mark puts 4 oz pineapple juice, 1 tbsp coconut cream and the zest of half a lemon. You can adjust it to your liking. Make sure you use all 3 ingredients. He mixes his with a frother that you use to mix your coffee.

Woth your husband's edema problem watch the processed meats..They usually have alot of sodium.
