I try to pray every morning and every night. I almost feel if i don't then I feel guilty, or that if i dont something bad might happen.... that's just me though. As for meal prep, I have one that i really like. Its ground turkey cooked with chipotle seasoning, brown rice, black beans, avocado and your choice of salsa. Its delicious 😋

God has definitely been testing you and your family lately but I’m so glad that you didn’t give up. ❤ I can’t believe all of that meat was priced very well. I mainly get my meat from sam’s club because you get a lot of meat for what you pay for. I keep seeing dossier on a lot of RUclips channels that I watch and I keep getting more tempted to try them out each time. 😮

Kroger is my favorite place for groceries, simply because of the sales and fuel points! Pro tip - try to do pickup orders (if you do pickup through the app) on weekends bc you get double points. They add up quickly, and the last time I filled up on gas I got $1.70 off per gallon. 🤯 I even like the Kroger brand diapers and wipes. They are cheap but good quality!

I am glad your back I been praying for your family also I would love if you can share more healthy meal prep recipes and videos I been so depressed and unmotivated and I need to lose weight my eating is terrible. I have showed up to my apartment as Walmart was delivering my order that was so embarrassing.
I have felt the same way about losing weight. I’m at my heaviest right now and I’ve lacked motivation as well but I’m getting married this year and I was to feel good about myself!

I cook cauliflower rice in the microwave and then add my n shredded cheese, stir until melted, add salt and it is an easy side for me!

The mojito lime flavor packet would of probably had a slight mint taste cause mojitos are a drink and they use mint.

I don’t think sizing up is necessary! ESPECIALLY if you order a sweater. I feel like their sweatshirts run a bit big. But the tshirts are perfect!
