For anyone watching hoping to become pregnant, it is suggested that you start take prenatal vitamins about 3 months before you hope to become pregnant. This makes sure your body is in the healthiest condition for your baby to attach to your uterus and have a healthy start to life. There are some deficiencies that prevent attachment. It is also suggested your man take a good all around vitamin for men. This makes sure he is producing the healthiest sperm to conceive a baby. We all want a healthy baby, vitamins are simple way to help ensure this.
Keep me and my husband in prayer we’re moving to Texas from Tennessee for job relocation we have 4 kids Im worried about a big move with kids and how life will be with a big adjustment
Kids are very resilient,( try and find a club or youth/play group for them), it also teaches them that all members of the family have to make sacrifices for the good of the whole team.
Carrying the clean laundry into my grandson 's room I announced "the laundry fairy is here" he laughs and says "but that's you gan gan" want to remind him that work is required !! Glad to see another of your sweet videos
The sticky ingredient tip is AMAZING! Thank you for sharing. A tip for anyone that might be interested - if recipe calls for butter to be "cut in", you can grate really cold (almost frozen) butter and it simply stirs in evenly.
I was so excited to see a new video up! Love your tip about measuring sticky ingredients, it's genius!! Something I thought of when I saw you putting the butter in your shortbread. I have had really tight food budgets over the years, but like you want to use quality ingredients. One summer I grew pumpkins in my garden. I had so many, I tried putting them in everything I could think of. I discovered one day that I could sub out up to 1/2 the butter or oil in most recipes with boiled mashed pumpkin, and it still turned out fine! I started out like if my recipe called for one cup of butter, I'd put in 3/4 cup butter, and 1/4 mashed pumpkin. Eventually I kept decreasing the butter, & increasing the pumpkin, until I started noticing a texture change and had to stop. It's been a game changer for me!!
Something I have been making a lot is Korean pickled eggs- boiled eggs marinated in soy sauce, sugar, and garlic. It is delicious with just those 3 ingredients, but I also have added ginger, pepper flakes, Korean chili paste, scallions, rice vinegar and sesame oil as I have them available. Thank you for the video
Glad most comments are positive but I’m not sure what it is about this channel that people tend to attack her for random things. She never claimed to be “Little House on the Prairie Snob”. She said she is using RUclips to make money and would live in a bigger house if she could afford it but currently is working towards goals. She cuts back on certain material things to be able to stay home and buy quality foods to feed her family. She makes it work in her own way and people come at her for a Red Bull 🤣
I guess some are upset when someone burst the picture they have in their mind about being low-income or frugal. Yes it is about where to cut, what to buy and what you choose to put your money into. If you don’t look like a ”poor person” from a Dickens book or from the 1800 slums you’re not poor enough🤦🏼♀️. She and her family are living well because she knows how to do it.
Yum, they look like delicious snacks . Thats a fantastic tip when measuring a pouring liquid. Great job. When i have hard boiled eggs in the fridge, i use a marker and put a smiley face on the shell. That way even my youngest knows which ones they are. Lovely to see you , thank you for sharing ❤❤
Genius hack for measuring honey! I've missed you but want your family and your health to come first, of course. Thank you for the recipes for the treats. Your gentle style of living is so soothing. Yes, learning your body works best when it's rested. I pray you and baby continue to do well. Take care, Linda 🦋
My oma, born 1904, taught me how to cook. No recipes, all from scratch at top of your head. Alot of times no measuring either. I totally understand you. Love the ambiance, soft, music, candle, voice...❤😊i would love to have you as a neighbor
I’ve missed seeing you. So glad your well enough to make a new video. Those treats all look fabulous. I use to make protein balls for my kids when they were young and played sports. They loved them. Thank you for another fantastic video❤
So glad your vlog popped up tonight. I was just settling in for some down time when your channel appeared. I actually let out a sigh of relief knowing that I would be relaxed and entertained after watching your video.
I love watching you cook. It’s very relaxing and great to watch. I don’t have anyone to cook for apart from myself so I live off simple things that are easy to prepare and do not take up much of my time. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I love having more ideas for homemade snacks. Definitely want to try the crunch bars, they sound delicious. We like doing "tea time" in the afternoon with a sweet snack to prevent hangriness too and these sound like the perfect tea companion. 😊 Love that you already have a sponsored video! Good job👏
I saw you put your wrappers over to the side. It’s always a good thing when you get done with the butter wrappers to save them in the refrigerator. That way if you ever need to grease up a pan, you can pull one of those out and use them.
I'm a lot older than you but love the way you cook. I know I've been there before when my kids were little. I'm a widow now and on disability, and live on a strict budget. So doing this really helps out. I wish I could get my RUclips channel growing. I'm not in the best health but I will get there one day. Thanks for sharing!
Oh my goodness I love the idea about using your measurements utensils in the batter instead of pouring it into your measuring cups!! I’m going to try this!!
I would love your recipes for the snack bars and protein balls! Really enjoy your videos. I'm 65, single, and retired from nursing, but I still appreciate learning how to be more frugal in my home! Blessings.
Love the honey tip. Some people also use the measuring spoon/cup for the oil first and then the honey, then the honey just slides out. Enjoyed this video, thank you! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thank you for sharing your insights and what you're currently learning 💜 I'm in a new season where I am the primary caregiver for my family and I'm realizing I have no clue how to be a homemaker. I'm trying to learn how to prioritize tasks and can feel down for not getting more done. But it's encouraging to hear how you started and how you figured out a system with perseverance. 😊💪
I'm having a hard time finding where you put the recipe amounts. Where is it, or what are they exactly called so that I can research them.. thanks so much for another great video!
Another good tip is to crack your egg in the measuring cup and swirling it around, place it in mixing bowl then add peanut butter to the same measuring cup,( it slips right out!)
Making a bed and taking a shower feel so good llike a big accomplishment especially for me right now because Im anemic from blood loss. Im going to have a hysterectomy to get rid of Endometrial cancer but let me tell ya. God gives me strength and has stopped my horrible bleeding. I was on meds to stop it but they ran out and I decided to trust the Lord and man Im doing better now than I did when I was on man made meds. I pray the Lord give you the strength you need for every moment of every day. I know he will. Hes so good. Lord bless you. You been on my heart. So glad to hear your doing good. Welcome back! I thought maybe you got too busy and changed your mind about having your channel. You were gone for over a month so I was happily surprised to see a video. Are you planning to just do 1 a month right now due to the pregnancy? I can't imagine being pregnant with four underfoot. How old are the other four? It seems like your youngest just had a birthday and turned one. Or was that one of the other children? I don't know how you do it. Keeping you in my prayers for patience and energy to keep up with them!

Great video!! I have been loving your videos, because us too are on an extreme budget as well. But I would love if you could share some of the measurements that you use (approx). The indentations in the dry mixture for measuring is a game changer! What a great idea!
It’s so helpful!

It’s such a helpful tip!
