Me too, the Avon pretty peach was lovely. It also reminds me of Avons Little Blossom kids make up packaging. Go to say the make up in this calendar looks amazing, good quality and a huge range of shades. Not for me, but that’s my personal taste.
This is a great advent calendar and it’s nice to see a brand that caters to so many shades of skin!
This is the ultimate adventcalendar design! And OMG....so many palettes. The only regret is that is all in the same colors...gold/orange and brown..
This was such pretty and inventive packaging. It might look like cheap teen makeup but it is good quality apparently and a favourite of people who are really into makeup and aspiring MUAs as people have said. For those with a more low key approach that is a lot of makeup and wouldn’t be for them! Thanks for showing us.

Finally a calendar with special packaging for christmas i love this ❤❤❤ It really shows a company that treasures their buyers and they show the other brands that they dont have to be so greedy
P Louise is known for their makeup. Please do this calendar again next year
Great video as always. The reason they do multiples of the makeup is because it is intended for makeup artists.
Personal opinion, I thought if these products are never release before, as a consumer it feels “exclusive” and “special I got these and no one else “, then when certain products have not much information like bath salts, face cream - as you pointed out good thing! - it made me think, what if these products are “rejects” or “maybe” likes, ones that were going to be released but instead didn’t quite make it, why there aren’t enough info?

Definitely novelty, a lot went into packaging, colours I have to agree same, neutral, not a fan but I understand they have to play it safe and colours will be universal
I think I’ll buy only if I got bored with my usual AC and want something different

There are indeed many shades, one person can't use them all, but at least people with different skintones will be able to find something ! Someone was mentionning how it could be nice for someone starting as a makeup artist ☺Good remarks on the skincare products, there should be more information about them. But overall it's a really beautiful and diverse makeup calendar !
The P Louise design team is amazing! Absolutely love this calendar! I ordered this following your announcement of it's pre-sale, haven't received it yet, but we've got time.... My daughter will love this one! There's a few questionable items, and there is some overkill, but I still have a list of favorites, I'll just wait to see what she gets the most excited about. Thank you MissBoux, another great presentation for us to enjoy!
I already left my generic comment to help with monetization, but I had to say, this advent calendar would be great for a makeup artist that wants to build up their kit! Jeepers, there’s quite a range of shades in there!!!
That's actually what this brand is known for, building up mua kits!
The two sections DO CONNECT… peel off the giant sticker and they will stick together. Also turn on all the lights (the left side press the heart with the PL inside the heart ❤
I love how sweet and fun all the products look. And I feel like this is something I could share with my nieces.
I absolutely love this calender and the reason it seems overkill is because plouise aim their sales towards muas so its to build up a makeup kit 😊

I chose not to support P.Louise but can't deny that this is one of the most novel calendars available.
The packaging is so darling. It makes my inner child happy just looking at it.
Hi lovely, this is one I purchased bk in September love the tones so pleased with it, btw all of the sections light up you have to press the front of the end sections to put them on it took me ages 😂 you can use the bronzer and blushes on eyes too 😊

just to clear things up. Urea is a great product to use on skin as it helps to remove dead skin cells and will make your skin feel very smooth. It’s also very expensive in a cream formula, which is what is prescribed by doctors as in podiatrist and dermatologist fir treating things like hands and feet eczema, etc..
Oh my gosh…this has to be my favorite Advent Calendar this year!! So unique and the fact that it lights up is a totally awesome feature!
Thanks for reviewing this one. I was really impressed with this! *SO* much product; I think the price is extremely fair. The packaging is not my personal style but I would love this advent! Oh, and hopefully you noticed this at some point but there is tons of information about each product on the boxes they come in.

I get her reasons why because she wanted to give the makeup away to her subscribers which is a very kind gesture. I just wanted to see how the makeup looked. I’ve never ordered from P Louise but I absolutely love her packaging but I also want to know if the makeup is actually good because it’s not cheap.
No problem! I usually only swatch products I'm going to use (or use very soon) because I don't like to waste products and they expire within a certain time, but with this calendar because there was so much interest and because I hadn't tried many products from P Louise before, I was genuinely curious as to how good they were and I knew others would be too. I've got lots of other products for giveaways 🥰

Ive only just finished this video as i was doing this as my surprise advent calendar, definitely a few samey products and no info on the skincare but she has already got skincare and it normally does have a lot more info on it, ive used some of her cleansers before and they are good. Please could you do a GRWM using some of the products from this calendar? Xx
Paige smashed it, last year was a lot of lip products and colour so im much preferring the neutrals and vatiety, very inclusive shades too from pale to deep options!
Love the beautiful design. Some items seem “childish.” But, for the most part, it’s a beautiful Advent Calendar! Enjoy it! TFS! ❤❤

i think last year’s calendar was better shade wise 🤔 tho orange eyeshadow is my favorite but imo this year they put too much of gingerbread tones

Great advent calendar. I got one last year and it was so worth it! This year is a bit pricy and don't have that kind of money to splurge on the Advent calendars so may go for the mini version. The polly pocket blush is so cute lol. If it's cream and powder than maybe try the cream with the powder blush on top and see how that works out. Some of the products can seem questionable but end up working great when applied in makeup routine.

P Louise is mainly for people who want to built up there makeup kit as a makeup artist, I love the look of this calendar and love plouise for there makeup but I do agree the skincare needs to have more info and hopefully they will take that into consideration soon x
I like plouise but I feel its kids make up, even the juice box containers etc but not with kids prices. The colours are always very bright.
Not for me, i feel its sold on the packaging its so eye catching. Too many colours in the large palettes you wouldn’t use, they are to large for storing afterwards and being practical. Watched the vid though as always enjoy your content and thoughts
You have probably worked it out already, but Press the PL heart on the left section and the middle of the empire wording on the right section and those lights will come on too 💡
I dont know if its the lighting or what but all shades blush palettes and bronzer palette look so orange. Also, about the shade ranges... i get they want to include everybody but it would be better to do lighter blush palette and darker just so you could give away one that doesnt suit you, rather than have 2 blush palettes with all shade ranges. The 2 eyeshadow quads also look so Orange. Dont even mention the big eyeshadow palette: 50 shades of orange + who buys such big eyeshadow palettes these days???? I dont know... but the box design look so much better than what is actually in the box xD

Okay not sure what you think of the advent calendar but please don’t judge by the products you got in it plouise has some very nice makeup for instance their Halloween eyeshadow palettes are everything and their butterflies palettes their liquid blush and their liquid bronzers are so so good give those products a try! Would love to see what’s in the smaller calendar!

Thanks for the video! I think most eyeshadows were too on the orange side for me. When you do the video using those products, could you do swatches of the lip palette? I want to know how dark they are, because some look too nude and some others look like a really intense brown.

The calender looks great😍 but I don t like the colours in the paletts, toooo much brown and orange, I love blue and purpel, grey and silver tones... Not brown and orange and gold.... it s not my calender.... thank a lot for the wonderful Unboxing 💜 greetings Dani
It seemed like the already same color story but deeper for one two eye palettes were represented in the large palette. I would have liked a much wider color story in the large palette or two distinctly different small palettes. Not everyone can wear orange and red eye shadow!
It's such a pretty calendar! Hopefully they will sell some of these items individually.

This is a beautiful advent calendar and the value seems good, but how would an individual who wasn’t a makeup artist use all of these products? Now for a new MUA who wanted to stock a kit, it would be amazing.
I want this one so bad that I told everyone I know about it. It's just not something I could ever afford to get for myself.
Packaging is fab but the colours are all very 2017-18, there isnt anything cool toned in there, i looked at this so glad i didnt get it, their journals are fab xxx

Really pretty packaging but so many samey colours. There was hardly any variety and I couldn’t wear any of the colours. All far too dark. Not for me I’m afraid.
Is it bad to admit to liking the packaging more than the actual product. Some of those colours looked like Stage Make Up, really unsubtle.
I'm so happy with my Harrods Calender that I bought of the back of watching your video...every product will be used, and that's saying something as I have been buying Beauty Calendars for a decade...only ever using a few things I like, then gifting the rest.
So Harrods was a real revelation for me and I thank you for bringing it to my attention xxx

In this price range this is by far my least favorite advent calendar. It looks like it is for kids and everything is so similar that I wouldn’t waste my money on them. The brushes were my favorite thing out of all of them but I don’t really use eyeshadows so if I did I would probably like those the best.
It all looks like play make up to me we’re younger palettes of lipstick palettes of blush all looking a bit powdery
Very orangey with a big dollop of lurid pinks. 80% I wouldn't go out in. It's like a rich child's pressie imo.
I think the colours are really samey and wouldn’t suit 95% of people - probably why they’re exclusive 🤣🤣 it felt childish and cheap to me. Nice packaging though

Luckily there’s a lot of us who absolutely love all things pink and Plouise 🤷♀️😊 the world would be a very boring place if we all liked the same thing 🤷♀️ I was a tomboy as a child and hated everything pink and girly and it kicked in when I got to 40 and now I absolutely love it and am so happy even just with the boxes 😁 no one is forcing you to watch this 🤷♀️🤷♀️

Unpopular opinion: I really don't like this calendar. To me it looks crowded and kind of cheap to be honest. It fells like there is more quantity than quality and you would never be able to use so many similar shades.. such a waste! I've never tried the brand but I know it's supposed to be good, perhaps is just really not my cup of tea.

Don’t get me wrong I love the packaging and the full size products but at the same time I do think the one last year was better because I feel like this one has a lot of the same products a lot of blushes highlighters and eyeshadows were I wish there could be other things instead of a bunch of the same things especially the two small eyeshadow palettes I’m so disappointed by them cause they include the same colors as the big eyeshadow palette and they are all fall colors themed which made me really disappointed. But other than that I suppose it’s a great advent calendar.🩷😅
