While you may say the Jews is closer to Islam and a monotheist they just not the same and cannot coexist from different scriptures. It's like you trying to bring other scriptures that has no relation with Islam even though some part of them is similar. So if you truly want to enter Madina and Makkah then become a Muslim then. But a fair warning though, don't try to become a Muslim just because your intention is to enter Makkah and Medina. We will know if someone is not taking the Islam seriously or pretending to be a Muslim.

If you still asking "But we believe in the same God/Allah." The thing is, christian believes Jesus as son of god, a god in human form from The Father and Holy Spirit. So that's actually trinitarian believe(no offense but you can even ask christian about it and they will agree with you). While you may say the Jews is closer to Islam and a monotheist they just not the same and cannot coexist from different scriptures. It's like you trying to bring other scriptures that has no relation with Islam even though some part of them is similar.
So if you truly want to enter Madina and Makkah then become a Muslim then. But a fair warning though, don't try to become a Muslim just because your intention is to enter Makkah and Medina. We will know if someone is not taking the Islam seriously or pretending to be a Muslim.

By this verse Polytheists and atheists (so all those not of the book,) are somewhat explicity banned from entering Mecca, the holy city, the site of the Sacred Mosque (and as Medina is also considered sacred the mosque there is off limits, but not the city itself). This has been expanded by authorities to include anyone who is non muslim (jews and christians, although a case could be made for modern Christians and the doctrine of the trinity which is seen by both jews and muslims to contain polytheistic elements). While the Quran then definitely does not prohibit Jews from entering Mecca, for the case of keeping peace and decreasing violence/ tensions for those less educated who would react poorly (due to political reasons) to the presence of Jews in Mecca I think it is for the best if that ban continues.
