well this is RP, so you've gotta get a pc that's capable of running gta 5 (around a $900 pc should work). Then youve got to buy gta 5.Then download fiveM.

I don't know how the under glow on the chrome car is illegal. It's only illegal if it's red blue or white. It cannot be strobing any color and can't be red blue or white whatsoever
