  • Demonstrating EVA foam cutting applications on a customer's standard series 1300mm x 2700mm table as part of final testing before collection.

    Run this using G64 and it would run a lot smoother given the pocket is likely defined by a traced spline instead of a series of arcs and lines.

      Hi, We used feed override for most of the toolpath but were initially cutting at 25mm/sec feed.

    I love this, I think your machine is a bit overkill for this project though.
    How about I give you my 3018 and take your machine off your hands.

    You're cutting too slow and no reason not to cut to full depth! Cut foam as fast as you're CNC will let you.
