I’m amazed they can sell these at the cheap price with the extremely elegant packaging. It just goes to show how much markup there are on fragrances.
Lataffa is a dubai fragrance company owned by the Royal family. Its just one of their many ventures. There is a lot of money behind them
It was that cheap only for few months, now prices range from $65 to even $200. In the middle east it's still cheap af though.
@@giragod9373 most of it is just markup, cost of shipment, demand and limited supply but you can still get it for cheap, i got mine last 2 month for less than 30 euro

BRO.. figured it out right off first sniff. This is a dupe of MFK GRAND SOIR. Side by side.. can't tell the diff. (not pdm Carlisle).. check grand sour.. side by side it.. its mega similar. Anyone reading this... take my word for it that this is a clone/dupe of Maison Francis kurkdjan's grand sour.. and its a hell of a good job! for the price, presentation, and smell.. ouf.. this ones a banger folks!

I get quite a few compliments from men and women. Women tell me I smell good and the men ask what am I wearing. I haven't really paid attention to the longevity. It does project very well.

My plastic cover broke in shipping also. Something Lattafa needs to look into. This frag is fire but what Cuba couldn't comment on is the dry down where this gets amazing. It's like Vanilla candy

That plastic dome is just a shipping container. It’s more like an oversized gumball machine bubble. Regardless, it is just the inner shipping container. Thankfully the product has it because it’s better for the container to be damaged rather than the product itself. It’s got that big ole metal lid that could cause the entire bottle to break if there were no outer container to protect it in the event of it falling to the ground…. Maybe they should just design a better looking cardboard box to store it inside of. The fragrance is amazing in my opinion and the bottle is beautiful. The plastic dome is pretty ghetto looking, though, like a convenience store buy.

Its very similar to MFK's Grand Soir, not a 1/1 clone but very close.

I just got this one and it smells like red tobacco on first spray. After just a couple minutes it changes. It's kind of a more fruity and toned down version of red tobacco, but definitely not a clone. Crazy deal for the smell and presentation

My perfume arrived without the plastic top and on a square base, perhaps a slight change in packaging. The bottle is stunning sitting in the base and the exact same as per the video with a metal lid! As a perfume newbie, I find this scent quite complex and overwhelming. It's unlike anything I've smelled before - I can pretty much distinguish fragrances being simply fresh, sweet, or spicy. I'll need to get accustomed to its unique blend and apply it sparingly to start." I currently have the lattafa khamrah and Ameer Al Oudh Intense Oud which I like alot.
Same here, I think they adjusted the packaging because of too many cracked plastic domes. The scent is shockingly high quality, the bottle as well.
Just got mine today.. this is definitely inspired my grand soir. It's like a blend of GS with a splash of el born.. should have been called eternal amber.
When i first sprayed it, the orchid heliotrope accord was extreme. I shaked the bottle vigorously every day to help it mature... now the plum is much more intense and the florals stepped back a little bit... Now it's very pleasant. But maybe i was just noseblind of ameer al oud, that's why i noticed the florals a lot more.

@@kez850 Yes, i try to shake it foamy. The idea is to let it react with the oxygen. Now that 2 weeks have passed, i can pick up the oudy notes a lot better.

That's not completely true. There is value in the artistic creation of the fragrance. All clone companies have to do is replicate the scent. It's sort of like a cover band. They may be really good at performing other people's music, but they didn't write it.

Lattafa Eternal oud: 1 first place-- 9/10 winter Killer (just a beautiful and unique sweet fragrance)
Lattafa Al ameed : 2-- 8.5/10 (Summer Time morning scent)
Lattafa awaan: 2----8.5 (very Well blended Good for Summer Time evening scent).
There all pretty news so I let Them macerate a bit.

Yo Cuba!!! My sprayer came broken wtf!! I expected the glass cover to be cracked but the ish won’t spray, any tips?
@Sylvester Singh You probably found a solution by now, but if not: Shein sells perfume bottles. They're not special or anything, but they're ideal if you have a broken atomiser. Just take out the broken one and replace it with a Shein one that's long enough in the plastic tube to reach the bottom. Usually the "press on" bit is equal no matter what. I had the same issue with a YSL fragrance a few months back and simply switched them. Of course this only works if the atomiser can be screwed off and/ or isn't attached to the bottle somehow - which unfortunately can be the case with special bottles. Switching it with the atomiser from an (almost) empty bottle is the cheapest option, especially if they're similar in height. Otherwise you have no choice but to use a travalo - and hope that pump effect can be done - every single time you want to use it. Or to pour the EO fragrance into an empty bottle so it might not look as pretty, but still work. Hope this helps!!

After earing you rave about this fragrance, I was expecting to see it on your top Lattafa list, which it was not. I just got it and don't know what to think. It's not sexy, it's not mass appealing, it's not easy to wear. It doesn't smells bad, but I am 42 and this feels way older than me. I feel that my 72 years old would tel me he's not old enough to wear it.

Everything I have from Lattafa is of excellent quality... EXCEPT the packaging.
Then again, if the House spent any more on higher quality presentation, the price of the already phenomenal quality juice would probably go up exponentially.
Although I do agree that they could do a little better with the quality of the plastics they use for their caps, etc... But the bottles themselves are excellent.
Say, by the way... For all of the Lattafa Ouds that I have, I haven't gotten my hands on all of them that I'd like to try yet.
Does the House produce one similar to Cr**D's "Royal Oud"?
That's one fragrance that I truly love, because it's "safe" to wear around people in intimate spaces... But I just can't justify paying that overinflated price.
