The humour, the information and the camera work was amazing. I felt sad when I realized there was only gonna be 3 parts and you made want to travel with Hurtigruten in my own country. Keep it up you two.
My favorite trip of yours too! It was magical! Ludvig’s laid back demeanor & sense of humor and your sunny, enthusiastic personality are the perfect combination. The production value and your presentation skills are top tier. I hope your channel continues to grow exponentially as more people discover your content is entertaining, interesting and informative. 🩵
Thank you Angel! What a lovely comment to receive! Comments like this give us so much motivation to continue. This series was our favourite also, I must admit. Thanks for joining us !!
It's been very enjoyable to tag along with you two in my home country of Norway. The quality of these videos is excellent, just like the cruise seems to be. I wish you much deserved success, and welcome back to Norway!
Cruising Norway is definitely on my bucket list and now I think we may definitely have to cruise with Hurtigruten! Thanks for the great series and bringing us along! Love your channel!
What an absolutely perfect ending video to your trip. I’m glad to see that I’m not the only one that takes a couple months to get a video put together. I now have great respect for the time it takes to not only record great video but to be able to put together a video that we want and need to watch to the end. Thank you for sharing your adventures ❤
Thanks so much!! And yes, it does take a long time to film, script write, record voiceovers, and then edit it all together... but it's the best job we've ever had! Keep going at it, and it'll slowly get easier ;)
"Hurtigruten" (speedroute) is more like the local (sort of) ferry between cities in north- Norway, transporting people and goods, not a cruise ship by nnormal standards , but it got some ok restaurants, it has run for decades and is part of history in that field
You're right, the traditional Hurtigruten route is known for its role as a coastal ferry, providing vital transport services between northern Norwegian towns. It's a historical and essential part of the region. However, the voyage we went on, which is known as the "signature voyage," is designed to offer a more luxurious experience. The ship we were on had some amazing amenities and fine dining options, making it feel more like a cruise. It's great that Hurtigruten offers different types of experiences, catering to both local transport needs and luxury travel. We really enjoyed the blend of history and comfort on our trip!
I have really enjoyed this series! You have really inspired me to want to explore my country more. And im definitely taking the hurtigruten one day 😍 I am looking forward to what you guys will post next 😊
Hey guys!❤ Sorry I've been afk, but it did allow me to binge your honeymoon! (Congrats with much love!💕) Pt.1: Hey Chloe, I LOVE your Travel Mug collection! (At some point, you'll need to do a BTS vid tour of your many, many mugs!😂 Pt.2: HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Ludwig!!🎉🎉🎉 (Any day spent with more doggo's than people is a great day!😊🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶) This part (3): Way back in the late '70's, my best childhood friend's father was an engineer on an old-school tugboat, and one evening, I got a ride along as the tugboat did its job on a waterway in Southern Ontario, and we got to be on the bridge! (There was a Strong smell of diesel(?) and motor oil. (Soooo totally worth it!)) Great vids!👍
Hehe hey Brian!! Well that’s awesome you got to binge all of the episodes in one go! I do that with my favourite tv shows 😂 so happy you enjoyed the vids - and yes agree on the behind the scenes of my mugs ☕️ very cool experience for you on the tugboat!!!
subbed as a Norwegian i loved this series, though i live on the other side of the country, i have however visited Geiranger once and climbed Galdhøpiggen twice, i've also taken Flåmsbanen/Begensbanen once
We were gifted some brown cheese a while ago. We had no idea what it was or what to do with it. I wish I had thought to research it at the time. It eventually got fed to the chickens.
You may want to consider doing a few lives and channel member exclusive content in the next few weeks. RUclips is currently promoting channels that do so ahead of those who don't. I know you didn't ask for my advice, but I really enjoy your content, so...
I have a family member with a channel, and since I have spare time, I do my best to keep up with the algorithm trends. The information mostly comes from a few very popular content creators. They occasionally mention this stuff in their live streams. We used to have a homesteading channel together until she fell off a roof and landed head first on concrete. She eventually recovered, but her interests drastically changed, so we dropped it. Now she does makeup videos. It's definitely not my thing. Lol If I recall correctly, RUclips used to put out videos for creators to keep them up on the latest changes, but I don't know if they still do.
Ludvig really nailed his reenactment of the rough seas sleeping experience. 😂 That would make a great short.
Hahaha I crack up everytime I watch that scene! It really would!!!
Totally hilarious! 😂
I have an obsession with anything miniature!
Yay!! Another one!
I promise to use your affiliate link when I am able to book a trip! I have never been this excited to take a cruise in my life!
Hahaha thank you!!!☺️ that’s awesome to hear!! We want to do again next year haha

The best thing to Hurtigruten is that you can bring your car. Take the boat one way and drive the other.

That is SO awesome to hear! You should! Ps we love your country ❤️

We were gifted some brown cheese a while ago. We had no idea what it was or what to do with it. I wish I had thought to research it at the time. It eventually got fed to the chickens.
Haha well the chickens had a yummy snack anyway 😜😜
I remember you said on the first video number three will be the best I see what you mean
Haha I’m glad it lives up to the expectations!!
I absolutely adore the sweater you wore during your bridge tour. Where did you find it?
It’s from a store in New Zealand called Farmers :) they do amazing comfy sweaters
Dang! That's entirely the wrong side of the world for me to shop
Are the excursions chargeable? PS: love your video!
Yes they are! The vary in price, of course. We loved all of ours!!
Stormy weather bags sounds much more dignified than what they essentially are. (Aka puke bags)
Did you change the name of the channel???! I'm dead 😂😂😂😂
Hahahha we did 😂 we like how long and awkward it is
In my corner of the world, "soft toys" are called stuffies.

Brown Cheese is caramell. It's not a cheese. It's made from whey - a produckt left after cheese is made. We just call it cheese.
Good to know!
Awesome video.....I especially enjoyed your chats with the staff
Thank you! Oh so happy you did! It was so much fun to interview them!
For me it helped laying i bed. lol
Haha good to hear! I quite enjoyed just having a day in bed 😂
De säljer i alla fall Brunost på ICA Mariestad.
Mesost finns väl i varenda affär i Sverige.
99% of Norwegians Eat Brown Cheese on bread as Breakfast, of sometimes on a Waffle...
Wow, that's cool to know! We tried it on a waffle :)
