Thanks for answering my question, prog did an (investigation) an said it was our fault. It just seemed like they didn't look at what I was saying so they could ding me for an incident an get $ back plus more. Had new tires that hold rocks, an hauling dirt ,nothing I can do about it. Gotta take the bad with the good I guess.
