Jay had thought that John was negative due to the negative feeling she got about a month or 2 later, so she banished him and he jumped to me. While he was with me Jay found out that John wasn't the negative energy... 'The Wolf' was, and she just banished John who was a nice quiet spirit. So sorry for the confusion!!

I wonder if the doppleganger story was a case of astral projection while sleeping? She had just woken up so was probably asleep when the aunt saw the translucent version of her. Would be a little less scary so I hope thats the case!
