No he’s not maybe top 30
I agree !
@@RB12377 He is among the TOP 15 most titled hockey players in the world.
The most titled hockey players who have won the tournament (In total, the USSR Championship, Stanley Cup, World Championship and Olympic Games:), by the number of times:

Как тренер только так себе. Сынка тянет.
Teemu Selanne (#60) is Finnish, not Canadian. Sergei Makarov is debateable as a top 100, he had a solid hockey career in both Russia and North America. He is probably the oldest player drafted in the NHL Amateur Draft (1983 Calgary selected him 241st overall that year and he subsequently won the Calder Trophy as NHL Rookie of the year, again probably the oldest recipient to win that award).
Good catch on Teemu
...and Sergei Fedorov at #84 is a tad low (by about 70 spots!) - he's certainly better than Makarov!!
Sergei could have scored 700 goals if he wanted to, but instead, was one of the best two-way players ever.
For whatever reason, he continues to be one of the more overlooked players - I don't get it...
I ain't hatin' - just sayin'
Thanks a lot for your support and great help.
We appriciate that. Thanks a lot
Makarov the best USSR forward during the 80s.
@@МаксРогозин-е1ю Fair enough
But I still don't think he's overall better than Fedorov - though his Sharks beat Fedorov's Red Wings in the 1994 1st Rd of the Playoffs
Orr, number one, I've seen it. Gretzky? Got a lot of points, couldn't play defense. Orr played defense and became the first defenseman to lead the league in scoring. If Orr played as long as Gretzky did, I believe he would be in the top 10 in all time points. Top 10, and he was a defenseman. Bobby Orr is the greatest National Hockey League player of all time.
Thanks for your kind support. We will do hard work next time.
Glad to see Forsberg there. He was an absolute force, and arguably the best player during the low scoring era (while still being top ten all time in ppg and top 4(?) in apg).
Thanks for your kind support.
Notable mentions: Esa Tikannen, Grant Fuhr, Jon Casey, Mike Modano, Adam Oates, Peter Zezel, Vladimir Konstantinov, Chris Osgood, Brendan Shanahan, Mike Gartner
Thanks a lot for your kind support.
Я конечно понимаю что такого рода рейтинги вещь субьективная, и не может полностью совпадать с твоим личным мнением, тем не менее не могу не отметить что данный рейтинг явно составляли люди далекие от хоккея

The person who compiled this list apparently doesn’t understand hockey at all. The list includes NHL players, while the greatest were Soviet hockey players. Soviet hockey players won the most and most diverse titles, which is why they are the greatest and the best. Next I will give statistics and justifications.
My TOP 10 best hockey players of all time:
1. Vyacheslav Fetisov (USSR)
2. Wayne Gretzky (Canada)
3. Vladislav Tretyak (USSR)
4. Valery Kharlamov (USSR)
5. Sergey Makarov (USSR)
6. Börje Salming (Sweden)
7. Alexander Ovechkin (Russia)
8. Vsevolod Bobrov (USSR)
9. Sidney Crosby (Canada)
10. Mario Lemieux (Canada)
The first six people from the list were included in the symbolic team of the 20th century. The six members of the symbolic team were chosen by voting organized by the IIHF. The selection committee included 56 hockey experts from 16 countries in Europe and North America. The final six were announced on May 17, 2008 in Quebec at a gala evening dedicated to the centenary of the IIHF.
Symbolic team of the century:
Goalkeeper: Vladislav Tretiak (USSR) - 30 votes.
Defender: Vyacheslav Fetisov (USSR) - 54 votes.
Defender: Börje Salming (Sweden) - 17 votes.
Wing: Valery Kharlamov (USSR) - 21 votes.
Wing: Sergei Makarov (USSR) - 18 votes.
Center forward: Wayne Gretzky (Canada) - 38 votes
Alexander Ovechkin and Sidney Crosby were included in the symbolic team according to the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) for the period from 2008 to 2017. The team was made in honor of the 110th anniversary of the organization.
Also, Sidney Crosby and Alexander Ovechkin were included in the first symbolic NHL team of the decade. They were voted on by NHL General Managers, NHL Hockey Operations, NHL . com contributors, and journalists from NBC, Sportsnet, and TVAS.
The International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) on the official website presented the symbolic Russian team of all time. When compiling the team, the performance of both Russian and Soviet players was taken into account. Vsevolod Bobrov, Vladislav Tretiak, Vyacheslav Fetisov and Valery Kharlamov got into it.
The International Ice Hockey Federation also presented the symbolic team of Canada of all time. It included Wayne Gretzky, Mario Lemieux and Sidney Crosby.
All of the above hockey players got into the TOP 10 best hockey players of all time.
Based on all of the above, Sidney Crosby, Alexander Ovechkin, Vsevolod Bobrov and Mario Lemieux added hockey players from the symbolic team of the century.
Ten of these best hockey players turned out by voting. Any vote is subjective. Only statistics are impartial. The following statistics confirm the inclusion of many of the above players in the top ten.
The national teams of Canada and the USSR were the strongest in the world in the history of hockey, it was they who won international tournaments much more often than others. Also, the championships of the USSR and the NHL were the strongest in the world.
From 1975 to 1991, the clubs of the USSR played 108 matches with the teams of the National Hockey League. During this time, the clubs of the USSR won 58 victories, 10 matches ended in a draw and lost 40 times to the representatives of the NHL.
In 1990/91 USSR clubs won 17 times against NHL clubs, lost 8 times and drew 3 times.
Meetings of the owner of the Stanley Cup with the champion of the USSR, who became in the season in which the match took place:
12/29/1979 New York Islanders - CSKA - 2:3
12/31/1985 Montreal Canadiens - CSKA - 1:6
01/12/1991 Pittsburgh Penguins - Dynamo (Moscow) - 3:4
The European Ice Hockey Cup was won by the USSR clubs 21 times, the Czechoslovak club won 1 time, the Swedish club won 1 time since the participation of Soviet teams in this competition. Champions of European countries participated in the drawings. In view of the above results, until 1991 the USSR Championship was considered the best.
After the collapse of the USSR, Russian clubs won the most number of times in the European Ice Hockey Cup, Hockey Euroleague, European Champions Cup. But Russian clubs have not met so often in matches with NHL clubs.
Due to the fact that after the collapse of the USSR, many European hockey players left to play in the NHL, and, for example, the largest number of players at the Olympic Games in 2014 played in the NHL, after 1991 the NHL was counted as the best championship.
The ratio of players from different leagues at the Olympic Games in 2014:
1. NHL - 50.67%
2. Сontinental hockey league/All-Russian Hockey League - 17.00%
3 . Switzerland - 7%
4 . Austria - 6%
5. Sweden - 5.33%

8. Slovakia - 2.33%
9. Czech Republic - 2%
10 . Finland - 1.33%
11. France - 1.33%
12 . Kazakhstan - 0.33%
13 . Denmark - 0.33%
14. Italy - 0.33%
The ratio of players from different leagues at the Olympic Games in 2014, excluding players who play in the championships of their countries:
1. NHL - 52.58%
2. Сontinental hockey league/All-Russian Hockey League - 21.65%
3 . Sweden - 7.73%
4 . Germany - 5.15%
5. Slovakia - 3.09%
6. Switzerland - 2.58%
7. France - 2.06%
8. Czech Republic - 1.55%
9. Finland - 1.03%
10. Austria - 1.03%
11. Kazakhstan - 0.52%
12. Denmark - 0.52%
13. Italy - 0.52%

Thanks for the novel commie
Move to Russia why don't you!
Не говоря о многих российских игроках, отсутствующих в этом списке, хочется спросить, где Патрик Кейн?)
What about the road runner, Ivan Courneyeur ??
Agree, we will take this to account next time.
He's in the 100th spot 😊
Feel that Orr should be number 1, he definitely changed how the game was played...
Agree. Thanks a lot for your kind support.
Not good enough - long enough!
Walk down memory lane. Cool.
Hard to argue placements but being on the list is hard to argue.
Thanks a lot for your kind support.
Who has decided that this is top 100 and rated them?
This list is a f*!king joke. Way to many reasons to mention
Thanks for your kind support. I will tried my best to make it good.
@@GeneralKnowledgeGeek Dude, its subjective. Nobody's gonna agree with it. I mean, 100 years of data, some people want 'freight train mcquade' from the Toronto Rifleers ahead of 'shitstain McBain' from the Victoria nuclear panty-sniffers.

Judging by the voting results, Fetisov is the best hockey player of all time. Gretzky did not take first place in any of the ratings.
No. He wasn’t! Most points, but played in a AHL league-type league. The NHL expanded too quickly and the player quality was VERY low! They brought up a couple of WHL players one time!
Gretzky: Greatest scorer ! Orr: Greatest Player !!!!

Where they should be: retired and living in a warm weather state!
Gretzky played in waterdown time plus unbalanced schedule
AHL league at best during 70’s and early 80’s.
Bullshit list Mario no.2, and Eddie Shore couldn't carry Doug Harvey's skates, yet this bozo ranks him higher. Many stupid choices, but these are the most glaring.
Thanks for kind support
Gretzky hung around while his team did all the hard work to set him up for success.
Thanks for your kind support.
Dionne that low, hard to believe
Right, I just met him Saturday. nice guy. Had him sign my Cam Neely book.
Jacques Lemaire was conspicuously absent. More than once I've seen him rated as the most underrated player in hockey history. Probably should have been on this list somewhere. And Phil Esposito that high? Most of his goals were rebounds or tips.
Thanks for your kind support.

Picking top 10 is subjective for sure. In this point scoring crazy era I often point out Carl Brewer. 10 years with the Leafs, 5 cup finals, 3 cups, top +/- in the league for 5 years, in the top 15 +/- even after his retirement. Not a lot of points because he passed the puck out of his zone but did so very effectively. I'd pick him over an Erik Karlson or Phil Housley any day.
Thanks for your kind support.
Do Not Agree - AT ALL!!!
As Bruins/ Bobby Orr fan not that people dont understand he could have been in the NHL at age 14. Aside from that the disregard for the amazing skills the Russian teams had in the 60's-70's is sad. Treytiak was one of greatest goaltenders of all time. Not sure people remember that the original Team Canada hockey team was supposed to mop up the rink with the Russian "Big Red Army". Kind of didn't work out that way
It was ridiculous how when the Russians came to play in 1972 it was believed that they would be "pushovers". The Russian players played with each other in all the previous Olympics and in other tournaments for years before the 1972 tournament. They were supremely conditioned and knew each other very well. Meanwhile, most of these Canadian players had never played together (other than in meaningless "All-Star games") and were being thrown together in the summer of 1972 to prepare to play in this tournament.
Pavel Datsyuk only #83?
Chris Pronger was a prick. He injured a lot of players

W O W ! Subjective - at best. WHY in the world would you number them? You can NEVER win that arguement. At least a dozen in this video would be ‘ also rans ‘ in most lists!
Those who are members of the triple gold club should all be there. It is a testament to their greatness and not simply being lucky to play in strong teams.

Why isn't John Scott on this list. Didn't you catch the 2016 All-Star Game? He won the car.
Yes agree with you. The updated list is coming soon.
LOL!
First, it's frightening how many of these players I've seen play and second, not bad but, of course, I had a few disagreements, Pavel Datsyuk seemed oddly placed. Nice job!
Thank you for kind support.
I’m 78. I saw a lot of these guys play. 3-4 different eras of hockey! I saw Lindsay and Howe and Bauer play. They were stand up players that excelled - then. Bauer never went down because he was too old to ge5 back up! While Howe and Lindsay were ‘tough’ and could score in a league that neve4 allowed ove4 3GAA - they played different then the after 1967 game.
Did I miss something, or, did you leave The Late Great Tony O Esposito (Chicago Black Hawks Goalie) out of the list? Bad list, if you did. Chicago's Tony O Esposito was Great.

@@GeneralKnowledgeGeek Thank You for your response. I hope that you didn't mind that I gave opinion on Chicago Black Hawks Goalie, The Late Great Tony O Esposito, but, in addition to being My Idol playing Goalie, I was looking at it objectively & especially since, while I think that Ken Dryden was excellent, too, it's Chicago's Tony O who had better #s in the 1972 Summit Series, when they had played on The Same Team.

Вся сборная СССР 70-середины 80х годов должна входить в этот список, многократные чемпионы мира. Явно не полный список

The list seems to me totally Canada-centred. European hockey should be much more represented.

Bernie Nichols, Pat La Fontaine, and Russians kovalev and Mogilny get overlooked, Steve Larmer, Hawerchuk, Jeremy Roenick, at least a Hatcher, Mactavish, Kelly Kisio, Gilmore and Clark , Igor Larionov, Dino ....I mean , they should have Gordie Howe somewhere to top ten....

Not buying this list. Sidney Crosby at 17? Eleven former Leafs on this list and Sittler isn't one of them?

Thanks for your kind support!
Salming at 61 and Lindros at 83😂😂
Max Bentley was born in Canada, not in Finland
Salming, Forsberg and Lidström are my top Swedish player. Gretsky and Lemieux are the two best in Canada. Alexander Maltsev is the best Russian player ever.
Agree. Thanks a lot for sharing those info. It help us a lot.
Interesting how the significant majority are Canadian, particularly the top ten.

Crosby 17th? And no McDavid? Joe Thornton was better than half the guys on this list!
Appriciate that. Thanks for kind support
Those were a few that stood out but also, didn’t notice Malkin in there? Kane, MacKinnon, Gartner, Bergeron, Iginla, Hawerchuk, Ratelle, Neely, Shanahan? Also, I see Brodeur a bit low, given that holds most of the goalie records, but maybe the logic is Roy’s prime was in a less goalie-friendly era? Then why is Gretzky ranked ahead of Howe who played in an era that was less scorer friendly? Gretzky MAY have beaten Howe in pts even if Howe played in a higher scoring era but I guarantee Howe would still hold the goals record by far!
Martin Brodeur!?!? Average goalie who's team made him appear WAYY better than he actually was. MATTEAU, MATTEAU, MATTEAU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Doug Harvey

Ranger fan here Orr by light years the difference between Biden and a normal person
Orr carried that entire team on his shoulders. Orr won the scoring title one year as the only player to register 100+ points that season. Plus Minus leader 6 seasons with AN AVERAGE +/- OF + 80 those six seasons. Not a misprint ! Plus +80. Orr won 2 scoring titles and came in second 4 more times, typically in second place to his teammate Esposito.
I would take Orr over Gretzky in a heartbeat. If players had been allowed to check Gretzky without going to the box, he would scored half as many points. Maybe.

Agree with you. Thanks for your support. We will do our best next time.
messier should be higher, dragged the rangers to a stanley cup
Thanks a lot for your kind support.
Teemu Selänne coming from Finland
Yes - Thanks for supporting us.
Except the top 4, this is as bad as you can possibly make a list.
Thank you for kind support. We will work hard to show you best results next time.
This is NOT the top 100. First of all, Bobby Orr is Number one...1. Wayne was Great...but no Orr. A defense Man top Scorer..... Number 1 Bobby Orr.
Thanks for your kind support. We will work hard next time.
BS. Gretzky is the goat period.
Bure !!! Fedorov !!!
No Patrick Kane on the list at all. will be the greatest American born player when all is said and done.
Thanks for your kind support. We will do good next time.
No Patrick Kane? Seriously? G.F.Y.
Thanks for your kind support. We will do hard work next time.
So, it is just a list of Canadian players, with some mistakes, right. Pure nonsense.
Thanks a lot for your kind support.
Messier at 16? He belongs much higher, and I don't even like him.
Datsyuk 90+?))))
Ya. Get serious! One of the best 20 players of ALL time
@@gordoncheswick4169 absolutely agree. One of the kind magician... He just can't be rated 90+. Not a lot hockey players could do what he did. 100 percent complete player, there won't be another one like him.

Thanks for your kind support. We will do good next time.
