Whoop! Thank you (as always!) for watching! How would YOU grade your testimonial gathering skills? It's something I'm always working at getting better at!
This is perfect timing to learn more about gathering testimonials for a new class I am launching this week! Thank you for sharing how you organize yours...that’s where I feel disorganized. So helpful!
Thanks for this video! I'm a therapist and ethically, we're not really supposed to ask for testimonials from clients. But I wonder if you have any thoughts on other ways to get the testimonial quality or if you'd recommend getting testimonials from colleagues?
Thank you so much for another amazing video. I am new to my wedding stationery business and am in the process of D.I.Y-ing my own website. I got all the good tips and ideas from you. However, now I am stuck at this testimonial part because I have ZERO testimonial to show. So can you guide me how can someone like me (A newbie) overcome this? How can someone trust that I can do what I say I can do for someone like them? I would really love to hear back from you. Thank you.
Janice-how exciting! I can't wait to see how your website turns out :) For now, keep the testimonials out and add them in as you gain clients! Let me know if you have any more questions ok?? xx. Ash
I am here to get the glimpse of good presentation. I really prefer to present such energy in my upcoming channel about digital marketing in Hindi, Indian language.
Thanks for reaching out, Shelia! I like using Honeybook-it works well as part of our client workflow. A set amount of time after working with our clients, they get a system email-personalized!-asking them to fill out a questionnaire about what working with us was like. There are a million other ways you could ask for a testimonial, and go for what you need. Do you need Google reviews? Facebook reviews? Direct your client to the right spot, but give ONE, simple set of instructions-again, if you can load that process into your client relationship tool, like a HoneyBook, then you’re in business. I hope this helps! xx.

Hey Ashlyn! I need help with this! Can you suggest to me your case study team?
What software do you use today for testimonials?

@Ashlyn Writes thanks for the thorough reply! I was hoping for info on a video service, but it sounds like you don't use one.
That's ME!! 😆
Sure is! xo. Ash
