it dint work for me it still crashes no matter what i do
even after trying all the steps it worked until the starting cutscene but as soon as i get to the gameplay it immediately crashes
thats the problem that a lot of people have right now
same problem game closes after the 1st cutscene

Okay I can log in now but if I try to load Into the actual game the same error happens, I’m going to try some of the other fixes

none of those worked for me :/ same thing happened in hsr in patch 1.5 and since then I can't play the game, it shows the unity crash and I instantly exits
How strange, for me only ZZZ is having that problem, it remember me that Wuthering Waves also have a problem with Unity that i didn't find the solution 😢
@@JessicaNevesLago strangely enough WuWa runs on my laptop without any unity issued ...but in 15-20fps so it's unplayable
@@JessicaNevesLago Wuwa doesnt run on Unity, it uses Unreal Engine
Have you tried to to use the first fix, and then start as admin, it did work for me just now. Before, i tried to do it without admin and it didnt work, but now it did. Idk if that will help tho.

Fix 2 i dont see exe on zzz file😢
Any of these fixes solve my problem. It has also happened to me in 1.5 of Honkai Star Rail, and after searching everywhere, I have found this may be a compatibility error with Intel's Grafic Card

Nothing works for me. Hoyo has been getting a bit of hate for this so they coudl do something about it (if they can)

I tried all these steps, and in the end mine still crash after watching the 1st cutscene😢 So... I ended up msging zzz's customer support and what do u know, my computer does not meet the minimum requirements. So to everyone who is unable to open it, you can check if it's actually an error or your computer/laptop's problem

Don't give up, maybe it crash now, but in some point miHoyo will send an update that hopefully fixes this

What should I do if my game does say exe? Mine just say ZenlessZoneZero Game? And location only says C:\Program Files\HoYo\game?

the location is C:\Program Files\HoYoPlay\games\ZenlessZoneZero Game, then scrool down and you should be able to see ZenlessZoneZero as an app, right-click --> proprieties, and in ''general'' section you can see ''type of file'' with written on the right application (.exe). so if u se zzz file and it says ''application'' is already ZenlessZoneZero.exe

You have to select the d drive in which you have installed the game
