Really interesting to read about the opiate problem in motocross and sad that there isn't anything done. Kicked the opiates after a multi year addiction. I was about an hour away from home riding with a buddy on our 450 race ATVs and I was a beginner on any off-road machines at the time besides riding a mountain bike at 25mph maybe. Crashed at about 15 mph and didn't have any protective gear besides a helmet. Crash caused my lower back to have a bulging disc. But it did help me get pumped to go open my own biz and I needed it to do work and it helped me make good money so that's what made it way harder to get off
Snapped my wrist at Perris Raceway, went to the doctor and they gave me two things. An external fixture and 50 norco’s a week for a month. They did the job but became physically addicted and detoxing was tough.

I guess I was lucky that I didn't break a bone
You da man!!!
Saw Josh at Donnie Hansen MX academy in 99 at Washougal he was about 10 years old and he was a little Punk with a big mouth. Donnie was always telling him to stfu
Gypsy, you seem like a great dude. I really LIKE your vibe, but ironically enough you are killing the word "like". If you could just help a brotha out and branch away from that it would be a small change that would make a big difference in the quality of your already great podcast. Thanks for the insights! Good interview. Honestly never really been a huge fan of the Hill brothers. Nothing personal. But I did enjoy this interview with Josh. Again thanks man!
I’m working on it 😬
@@GYPSYTALES Todd doesn't mind the like also haha I was wanting to run a counter on him. Keep up the good work mate.
Lmao "fuck this roach "
Of course Mathis spreading fake news
Get Matt Walker on
Hayabusa TK what happened to him?
@@joshuaevans4241 If I remember correctly, it was a career ending crash that made him retire.
Joshua Evans he’s down in GA building some great future pros on the best dirt in the south. Super nice guy that loves to talk 😂
Ungreatful???
💚
Good interview mate, but if you could clean your language up, then I could show my kids. Thanks.
Good point. "Banging the bees" is not required to get his point across. It makes him sound like a ruffian.
Stoner
Sounds like Josh makes his own bad luck!
My IQ dropped 65% watching this.
That says more about you than the video
You might literally be the worst interviewer in the moto industry.
Cheers
Iam jarrettdean Don’t listen then dude no reason to be an asshole
I was gonna say he's the realest in the Moto world but that's me 🤘
Disgraceful inability to speak without using "like" multiple times in a sentence.
I always rooted for Josh Hill. Apparently he has not learned that appearance and the people you hang with play a big role in how people perceive you. Looking back on my party days everyone around me that smoked a lot of weed, 20 years later they are all still under-achievers. Pot is still for losers just like it always was.
Booooooring!!
Send me your PayPal I’ll get you your money back 😂
