I LOVE Nature Valley Granola Bars.
I am glad that many people here are aware of how bad is the palm oil. Please try to avoid it for your own health and for our planet.
It's a cancerogenic oil. Expensive olive oil is better. Even cheap olive oil is diluted 70% or so with palm oil.
palm oil is good itself but when they use it for something they just add bad things to it to make it like buttery texture
Palm oil is terrible for the environment and how it's farmed is also terrible for the people living in the countries where it's farmed. Kind of surprised that almond butter uses it
Edit: i have family in Indonesia and the fires for palm oil caused a lot of breathing problems and other health problems for its citizens. I want companies to stop using it.

This video is great, and I'm stoked to see Ro supporting veganism, BUT I want everyone to know that you don't have to buy these super expensive, organic snacks to be vegan! Most potato chips are already vegan, along with tons of gummies (Maynard's), candies, chocolates, and cookies that you can buy right off the shelf.

I love the Gin Gins, grandmother bought it when we were on a road trip, she gave me one, and I loved it so much. I kept telling her to give me one everytime I finished mine. 😂 I do want to try other ones, but I'm still a kid and I don't make my own decisions ( I like it that way )
