Yes, you can pay the residence permit fee at VFS or you can pay online (enter finland has its own payment gateway) also. If you pay online, you could get an appointment for biometrics sooner. Indian PCC is not needed. Thanks for watching.

I will be getting paid at roughly 3200 euro per month as gross salary. Do I still need finnish health insurance and inr in my Indian bank? Also, once you receive your finnish ID card and the visa then you are allowed to enter Finland? Is visa the same thing as the card you mentioned? Could you please help me?
