Ho le lacrime agli occhi , che emozione ,che spettacolo di moto, non ce n'è per nessuno. Ho avuto molte moto negli ultimi 35 anni e quella che più mi è piaciuta la Cagiva elefant 900 del 93 , ho sempre sognato che venisse riprodotta in chiave moderna è arrivata dopo 25 anni ma l'attesa è stata ripagata.

What a Bike....totally fall in Love with it. Its the Cagiva Elefant transfer to the 2020ies. Love all the Dakarbikes of the late 80ies and 90ies. Had a Dr Big, Honda XR 650L but this will it be for a newer Bike. And i couldnt belive what i say, 15999€ is good "Bang for the Bug"... thx Ducati for rhis piece of Art.
Bravo! Unless you’re just a Ducati hater, this thing looks like a phenomenal motorcycle. They seemed to hit all the targets with style, range, comfort, power, weight, 21/18, CRUISE CONTROL (should be on every bike). What’s not to like? Home run. I want to see one in black with red accents.
These ads do nothing for me. I'd like to see an endurance test where it's pitted against something like an Africa Twin or Yamaha Tenere and see how long it operates with normal maintenance without any major issues.

I think that if one day Museo Ducati wants to highlight the 3 most important Ducati models of the last 30 years it will show the 1993 M900, 1994 916 and the 2022 DesertX
Desert X is nice but the V4 Panigale is important for Ducati's racing efforts and IMO will be responsible for major improvements in the racing program. But the X is a great looking bike.

A Lucky explorer decal kit for the fairing and two Cagiva logos in the gas tank and it will be perfect . It´s not rare id you remember that the Cagiva elephant was sold as a Ducati in some markets.
Love the looks of it but I expected a T700 competitor. This is 30kg heavier. They should have just put the 21" 18" combo on "baby" Multistrada 950 and voila.
T7 its a different world. Neither honda come close to yamaha with the twin, this bike is for show you off at the bar, the video is half for the new jackets line and the other half for the engine maps.
Well done Ducati! Seriously, I am in the market for a Multi V4 but seeing this... And now, 5 questions: (1) This bike equips cruise control and quick shifter as standard, whereas the Multis V2 and V4 in standard guise, do not... how is this coherent? (2) Awkward one: what is the point of the Multi V2, now? (3) The optional fuel tanks in the tail of the bike, why not also provide them as "mini panniers" for those who don´t need the extra fuel but can do with some in-built storage? (4) 202kg dry is still a fair heft, is that the best you could do? The new Monster is 166kg dry, that´s a 36kg difference using a similar platform (except front frame ofc). (5) Why the unsightly pinch-weld seam on the fuel tank and not a continuous one, like the one on the similarly-priced Triumph Scrambler 1200? The devil is in the details. Anyway, great job, can´t wait to try the bike out!
