Blows my mind that they didn't use this version for international releases. It's the only one that is cohesive musically and is synced with the edit. Van Halen always felt so corny.

I own the american version with Panama on the opening, and the transition from the orchestra part to the catchy Van Halen riff used to give me the chills. I like it much more than this one.

This is #1 on my list of favorite Gran Turismo titles
it's the Japanese one, the American version went into Panama by Van Halen
And the European to Reason is Treason by Kasabian.
I hope to see something more like GT4 in the future, while GT Sport is certainly fun, the old formula is where it's at for me.

Licensing issues mean no Van Halen - Panama for the GT4 opening. It sucks that licensing deals get in the way of history.
