I will mirror other ESTP`s so it comes naturally to me, didn't see that coming, did you? like a cheat code, haha.. I think I'm in that mode right now and it's satisfying because I prioritize SE although my fear was always not having the energy to do it, but I've realised it's because I cared about too many hobbies and now I finally narowed it down. Eh, still can't do as much as I would like to, but I think that's just my "perfectionism" talking so as long as I'm aware of that I can relax and have fun. Seen fight club ages ago, been my favorite movie of all time and it kinda makes sense now why although was too young to make any of it lol.
I recently started a job but after 4 days quit. It drained me being in the center of an office brimming with passive aggression. Each day I gave my all: lunch made, new clothes, plant and crystals on desk, dry erase board and pens. I brought my bright face and my positive energy. I left each of those four days sobbing and in a dark pit. I am not sure if I tapped into my estp, but decided to get out of there before I changed my mind. I know I let some people down but nobody there was looking out for me so the guilt decreased by the hour once I clicked send to HR. I am protecting myself and staying focused on my needs and wants rather than conforming and allowing others to cross boundaries. On my first day my job title changed with no notice, one of the managers started raising hell on a video team call. Those were two of the biggest red flags 🚩
I've repurposed my life by adding various disciplines that I do every day now, and I study writing & direction for video games using ESTP subconscious. It really helped me to be quick with all this and be inspired all the time. It also helped me to be kicked out of college because the dean and the administration thought I am a jerk, despite the fact that I was an excellent student.
I have known that I am INFJ for 32 years and have been married to an ESTP for 25 years. When I was college age and a young adult I probably was a little more daring and since having kids and raising them, staying in the same career part time , I have gotten a little more stuck and haven’t been using my inner ESTP as much. My husband probably pushes me sometimes to use my inner ESTP more than I would when he challenges me on things outside of my comfort level and that helps. I would love to find something I’m passionate about, but the word that keeps coming is stuck!
Start small but continue to push and it will get easier. Workint with the 5 Pillars might help. You can download the free poster (link in description). Those are the areas that in my experience help INFJs most to get ‚unstuck‘
I'm an INFJ, my ex husband is an ESTP. I always admired the ESTP's confident and exciting life. So glad you made this video. Trying to work on my inner ESTP
I can relate to this character completely. If we dare not address our shadow, given time and circumstance, we will be "possessed" by it. To paraphrase Dr. Jordan B Peterson: "A man cannot be virtuous until he becomes a monster. For only through confronting and integrating the monster within, so it can be summoned forth in order to be brought to bear when the situation arises, can one truly become a force for light." I believe that shadow integration is important for everyone, but none more so than the INFJ. After all, we could use more Martin Luther king Jr's, and we definitely don't need, nor want another Adolf. Thank you for taking the time to read my comment. Take care and God bless. ✝️
I absolutely hear you about developing and using Fe. I had a lot of experience observing it because my mother, whom I believe was an ESFJ, was strong with Fe. However, I needed to learn it in a way that harmonized with my introverted intuition - definitely not an ESFJ function! We clashed a lot over that, but I still developed it, and it actually helped my Ni! (I learned why its called the "auxiliary" function.) I ended up becoming a friendly introvert. 🙂 So I understand completely that we will never become ESTPs nor do we have to. But working with our extroverted functions is definitely worthwhile and we can learn a lot that way. By the way - I watched a short biographical video about Lil Kim - her life wasn't always easy, but it definitely was and still is influential and worthwhile.
It's interesting that the main character of the TV show called 'Arrow' is an INFJ. But in the beginning of the plot everyone perceives him as an ESTP. Some INFJs spend an awful lot of time in their ESTP subconscious.
Great video! Yes, so true. As a kid I watched the movie "willow" and was always inspired by ESTP madmortigan*. I was a two sport varsity athlete but now struggle in the real world. I feel everything you just mentioned. The why as I see the underpinnings of life...but I'm working on it... good advice, I'll watch the movie and I love your thumbnails. great artwork. 7:14 *I later found out that the movie willow is a parody of LOTR and that Aragon is an INFJ. Interesting to see these portrayals of the same plot line with ESTP Madmortigan and INFJ Aragorn. INFJs with well developed inner ESTP: Allen Iverson, Alicia Keys, Deontay Wilder. (estp "version" of each: Stephon Curry, P!nk, Shannon Briggs).
As you know we have to awoke our inner estp is its like when we go around different places around different peoples is we have to say in our mind don't absorb, don't give them too much all these things (as beginner) or we have to stay claim and believe in ourselves
A lot of ESTPs are enneagram wing 8's. Instead of trying to be an ESTP, tap into your wing 8, which is essentially just changing your mentality - but you still retain the best parts of the INFJ, which is being led by introverted intuition, your moral values, thinking ahead about repercussions, not forgetting about consideration and diplomacy...etc.... More specifically look into 8w9, as opposed to 8w7. 8w9 are boundary setters, but they don't set out to be domineering over other people - they just don't allow people to walk all over them, and treat them like a doormat. They are direct regarding communication.
As an INFJ I can re watch films that I saw when I was young and find new meanings to them.. I've watched fight club a good few times, ussualy a few years in between and the meanings allways become more clear.. For example bugs life, when the cricket talks about the ants outnumbering them one to a thousand.. I get the reference to the public and the goverment.. Also with the divergent films, where they split themselves up into different personality traits, and divergent have a little bit of every personality trait.. In the film they demonize people who don't soly fit into one box of thinking.. I see the world very abstract and also see the world like connect the dots.. Its all very interesting.. I'm not sure if this is enlightenment or plain going crazy.. But I'm happy to have a rare and unique perspective on everything..
How am I tapping into my inner ESTP ? Every so often, I may have to steal a page from the ESTP book in order to share some insight on something with the other mechanics I work with, or the bus drivers. When normally, I would rather just keep to myself. Yet, I have got to step out of my comfort zone sometimes.
I catch quite a few of your videos and in my humble opinion this is the best not only analogy but a wonderful message. I’d never thought about it like that. Thank you. 🙏🏼.
So funny . in a program im in, it is recommended that you flip yr mbti for success. I didnt think abt tapping into Se more but i realize it now. However i laughed when i read abt ESTPs bc im a performer on stage from time to time and can be quite a bit of an ESTP! It always shocks my fam and friends!😆😆 i wanted a career as a performer when i was younger but i cant sustain that level of energy for long periods of time. I get it now.

😉👍
Hmmmm. Vibrancy is powerful with this one. 😉
I'll meet you at the gates of Hell. 🔥
For INFJs, solution is never within the system. 💯
👏👏👏
All I can say is YES. You nailed it. I go through spurts of tapping into my ESTP and then my INFJ self takes over. It's a cycle.
I act like an ESTP at times which really makes me surprised but there's so much to learn from them, they are fucking badass.

TRUE, and I use ESTP confidence to follow only what my heart says . I’m a lot more satisfied with my life. This is GOLD.
💪❤️

Yeah, some people will always misunderstand but that is on them 👍😊

Glad it was helpful!
@Shimohira Reika jealous much?
@@darthghitza8037 no they actually had a valid point. Why turn this into toxicity?

Dear Wenzes, sometimes I think you shine the same energy as Madonna who is ESTP.
Congratulation & thanks for your channel
This is thumbnail gold
😊 glad you like it

Lol, I love your thumbnail pic for the video! My all time favorite movie for more than a decade and now I can see why.
Wenzes you are doing a beautiful thing here. Keep going & thank you! 👏

I thought Edward Norton was supposed to represent an istj and tyler Durden was his estp shadow
I catch quite a few of your videos and in my humble opinion this is the best not only analogy but a wonderful message. I’d never thought about it like that. Thank you. 🙏🏼.
OUT- STANDING! Thank you!
Great video. Love the picture covers of your videos.
This is one of favorite movies….now I understand why. It also makes sense why I’m a risk taker.
You are such a blessing in my life 🤍 Thank you 🙏
Hey, you don't talk about fight club
I wonder if ESTP thinks about taping into their inner INFJ sometimes?
I think nicki minaj is mine even tho shes an esfp evreytime im in a rut or even just working out or waking up her music gets me going
