i wish I could tolerate an MRI, but so far, I have not been able to. I have had an open MRI and I did that very well. What is the difference between a regular MRI and an open MRI. The open MRI did not seem to take too long. The regular one seems to take too long. Is there any help for people like me.
i just had a closed one and it was the most disturbing thing I've ever experienced. the extreme loudness and repeated banging for almost a half hour was like a torture chamber
I'm only an mri dept assistant but I believe the open mri are less powerful so image quality and resolution are less. Therefore Drs may not be able to make a diagnosis. I would imagine it depends on what they are looking for. Some types of scans are fine on open. However like I said I'm no expert at all.
Yes, have an MRI done using the 3T Wide Bore MRI Machine and take a prescribed anti-Anxiety med 30mins before the procedure. It's a piece of cake. This machine is wider & bigger than your traditional MRI Machine and perfect for super Claustrophobic patients like me. Closed MRI gives a better diagnosis and the best option.
the guy on the video has a belt on with a metal buckle so wrong
good
You are invited to watch a video - 3 minutes only to know what is MRI Zones....
My daughter is ALWAYS sedated when having a mri scan because she moves around too much

It does not mean what you think the sex thing it means what type of gender you are if that is not what you mean I’ll delete this comment alright
