The only difference between this and previous RE games is a perspective change, they brought the classic mechanics back. This is more like the classic RE's than the last 3. I liked 4, but that's where they started moving from horror to action.
I'm not sure what you mean. It has common enough elements ( from what I've seen) to be considered one. Horror, Survival aspect/Item management, "campy" storyline, puzzles, etc. Only disappointing is what they will do previous characters? People will be seriously pissed if Jill and Chris don't hook up together. They should continue RE in two directions, one with action ( and main characters) other with survival horror. For all it's issues RE VI had a lot of potential with gameplay mechanics.
They are fucking lying piece of shits who spread false information about the game. Pretty sad. I hope Capcom continues not to listen to them and they leave.
Thanks for the review Karak! Unfortunately the direction they went with (aka first person) totally killed my hype for this game..I hope other people enjoy it, but in my eyes this is not what I wanted from a sequel to RE.
Darkholow Well what do u want? the action packed re5 and 6? Cuz if they whent back to the OG way of re 1-3 then people would hat on it for unoriginality and boringness, re7 is as fresh and original as it gets
This probably wouldn't be what I'd want as a sequel to RE either... but as a sequel to 4-6 and all of the spin-offs? Fuck yes I'll take a game that's both good _and_ a horror game.
Darkholow Well it's something fresh, the game would work as well in third person,I'm sure they were doing that at first, and as they got close to finishing, they realised that the closeness, and horror aspect, wasn't nearly as good in 3rd person, so they switched, and I don't get the whole resident evil 4 bias, it's literally just as action, non horror, generic story, annoying mechanics as 5 and 6, people just praise it because it was the first time they did over the shoulder and innovated a lot, but after that one game I guess people were already tired of the re4 formula, so they didnt do the re4 styled game again.
Such a fantastic channel for game reviews, Being an older gamer I had all but lost hope with game reviews UNTIL I found ACG. He really is an absolute credit to gamers and knows his stuff and throws in a great bit of humor which I really love even though being over the pond in the UK doesnt really translate sometimes on other channels but here he nails it. Top notch Carrick, sorry if I didnt spell your name correctly mate but keep up the fantastic work. This is true journalism not that rubbish posing as game websites. Peace
As a lifetime RE fan I absolutely loved this game and the new direction Capcom is taking the franchise. The first person view completely changed the game and makes you feel more involved and allows those shit your pants moments very easily. The pacing was great, the story was decent, the boss fights excellent. I played on the PS4 Pro in 4k and the use of HDR was amazing, making the contrast between the dark and lights much more pronounced. I almost squinted when looking at a candle in a dark room.
The game is getting 4/5 stars and 8/10 ratings across the board with gaming sites and people that own the game. The haters are on suicide watch because they're eating crow after praying for 5 and 6 ratings lol.
Just stumbled on your review this morning, and good god, do I feel late to the party. This is fantastic. Breaking the entire thing down piece by piece, you've done an incredible job. Pay attention, everyone. THIS is how you review games.
It's funny as I had no real expectations for this game nor was I interested until I watched your profile on it, outstanding points & commentary my friend, thanks man I'm sold!
picked up my game the other day thanks to your review, and yes while it is on the shorter side there is alot of quality in this game which is why I can't wait to do a second play through, thanks for the awesome review.
You are the king of metaphors. I think that's one reason your reviews are so good, you really make your point so well articulated that... well you can come up with a better metaphor here than I ever could, you get the idea XP
Good to hear this shaped up nicely! I honestly had no expectations. I have only played RE4, 5, 6, Revelations, Revelations 2 myself. A mixed bag of games to say the least. I was always too afraid to try the first few. After playing the RE7 demo and seeing this review, I will give this one a shot for sure. Thanks again Karak!
If nothing else play the Resident Evil remake. 2 is also being remade, but the original RE2 is arguably the best in the series. Hopefully they'll remake 3 and Code Veronica. The original 3 might be dated gameplay wise, but the story and horror more than make up for it.
I think the last time I got this excited about a Resident Evil Title was when 4 came out on the GameCube. Nice to see the series finding success in a new direction, can't wait to play it.
I've played through every mainline game from 1-6, and this is to be honest the first true survival horror game in the franchise! Not sure if I like the fact that they scrapped so many little gameplay goodies around replayability, but it's definitely a good surprise.
SmogAhab Love Jack that crazy SOB. I couldn't help being terrified & simultaneously entertained hearing him mock me in a silly voice as he chased me with a shovel.
I swore I'd never buy another game on launch day after getting burned royally on Dead Rising 4. bought it the day it came out (Dec.6) and by Christmas time it was $30. needless to say I was pissed off a little bit.
smart plus I rather get it with all the dlcs added on the disc. There are better games coming out that are worth 60 bucks like horizon zero dawn, persona 5, yakuza 0, Friday the 13th game, mass effect 4, red dead redemption 2.
5:37 - Look at the natural and realistic way she moves, and this is clearly gameplay, not a cut scene. Let this be a lesson to ALL game developers out there. This is how NPCs should move with you in video games. Amazing.
Tbh i never saw resident evil as a horror game. RE 7 to me is the first RE horror game as the past entry were just filled with a few jumpscares and tense moments. Especially Re4 and foward.
So does the pc version have hdr? i don't know if i should go for the pc version where i can run it at native 4k, or the ps4 pro version, with higher than 1080p res and hdr, if the pc version has hdr, that will seal the deal for me
the only thing I disagree with this review would be when you asked is it a classic, probably not you should have said just maybe so. I loved this game so much man and I feel it's a perfect run to bring resident evil back to ground. I'm so glad to see you have the same thoughts as I did on this title good and bad.
I was really waiting for PSVR to have a title people can point to in order to say VR truly works. Happy to see this game can be one. Great review as well!
Another fine review, perhaps the best review yet. Especially because you went in to difficulty settings, AI, character designs, etc which other reviews either glossed over or didn't cover. Have Yakuza 0 now, but will probably pick this up in a week or two.
What a great review, and your review of RE7 changed my mind on what I had originally thought about this game, I thought that it was an Outlast clone with a gun or two to give you a fighting chance, but instead I have to say from watching your video RE7 actually looks really good and now I just can't wait to play it. Thanks again dude.
I'll watch other reviews, but yours are the only ones I care about and actually sway me on a game, like how you swayed me to wait for a while on games like mafia 3 and watch dogs 2.
You know what game I had similar issue with sound? Outlast, I could NOT for the life of me guess where a pursuer was a lot of the times, the sound would be louder or lower depending on the distance, but it was always all over the place instead of coming from a very specific spot. By the way, loved that last clip you left in at the very end man, great review.
Rook T I didn't think consoles would output 1080p 60fps this gen on multiplats. 2.5k or 3k upscaled to 4k 60fps is mind blowing. Especially for a flat $400. Cooling system, audio card, Power source, RAM cards, GPU, and CPU included.
Great review Karak, thanks! For new games in 2017 it would great for reviewers to mention differences between the PS4 and PS4 Pro versions. There are a lot of people like me who are really on the fence about the PS4 Pro as the idea of shelling out $400 for another PS4 console is disgusting. I assume that you were playing RE7 on a PS4 Pro since you used the VR mode.
Karak, thanks a bunch for the awesome reviews. A lot of game reviews out there are monotonic and borderline give the same spiel for every game and then give it some vaguely meaningless score out of 10. You really talk about what matters and you do it well and you give each game its due worth, good or bad. And you sold me on this. When GameStop starts the early release in a few hours I'm getting a copy. Thumbs up!
I can't wait for Resident Evil 10 where they'll go back to the fixed camera angle of the PS1 games. First we have this in first-person which everyone seems to love, then we'll get RE8 which I'll love but no one else, then we'll have RE9 which will be universally hated, and finally they will try to bring the series back to its roots with RE10.
Hot damn Karak! You don't play with these upload times! Excellent review as always. 10ish hours feels a little short for my money and given past RE titles, but it looks like one hell of a ride. Can't wait to get my hands on this!
"The artistic design of an apologetic shrug" Man you have the funniest lines in these reviews! If you eventually stop these reviews I will probably waste so much money on games I don't know if I will like or not. Because lets be real, almost everything gets a 9 or above on IGN and Gamespot. Unless it is actually good. I mean DOOM got a 7 and Alien Isolation got a 5! I guess in the end it does not mean anything when you have no fucking idea what the numbers mean. This is the best reviewing system, giving us straight up answers rather than giving random numbers that mean jack shit. Never change! (unless it is for the better, then please change)
30 dollars on PC. A fair price. Many legal keysellers on the net it you get another price on Steam. Consoles games are expensive since MSFT/Sony charges a 50% licensiering fee. We need to rise up against it.
I beat it within 8 hours, I don't plan on playing through it again only the dlc. I will just look up the other ending. make it easier on me. definitely with 35 dollars not 60. still a fun experience, boss battles are cool. I beat it in 1 sitting.
Great review as always. Looks good but after the deluge of FPS horror games now it feels like this was a reaction to that popularity vs why I love RE games/a return to form for Capcom (well up to 4). First time I wish I had PSVR.
I have never been to scared im my life to watch a movie or play a horror game home alone at 3 in the morning. This thing on VR made me stop playing strictly on sheer terror. Like ACG said, the level of presence is absolutely like nothing I have even played before.
I first tried to play on my PSVR, and it was just a simulated screen. I am thinking that I booted up the game regularly before turning on the VR... maybe why edit: Now I see.. have to switch to VR mode in the settings menu.... wow!!!!! fucking incredible.
+Jhin a blooming Flower I know that there is definitely a paucity of games for VR at the moment... but you're getting a totally new gaming experience. With PSpro... you're getting a higher screen resolution... sometimes higher FPS... [which all PSVR games have] and not a lot else. Anyone without a PS4 system should opt for the pro... but [my opinion] VR is the better choice in how to spend your money, and it's the cheapest route into VR going.
That was an excellent review in really every way. You hit everything important in a game, commented on both its pros and cons, and nailed the video portion as well. I can see that you put a lot of thought and effort in to it. I went ahead and subscribed. Well done.
so much better then most reviewers. a lot of the big reviewers are corrupt and do the IGN 9/10 for a shiity games as long as they get paid. actually you're the only review i watch because you break the game down to even the thing people would say are little.
Great review. Making it harder and harder for me to resist taking the VR plunge. I'm still going to wait to play it for a year to see if Capcom releases a VR version for PC. Then I will have to make my choice as to what HMD I really want to invest in.
It's odd, I watch a review for a new game after review. Yet, I see an ACG review for a game. And it's the one, I actually listen to. And the one that takes merit. It shows you're doing your job well! Thanks ACG!
So basically, this game succeeds where the Alone in the Dark reboot failed. I am happy with that, because despite it's flaws, I loved that game. Might just buy a resident evil game for the first time in 10 years!
Was thinking about picking this game up today, but was conflicted because you didn't put up your review 😂. I totally trust your opinion on whether I should Or shouldn't get a game. Your fucking awesome bro!
A lot of talk about PS4 and some talk about Xbox One, but I gotta ask, how is the PC port? I know you say it's worth a buy but how extensive are the settings? Can you comfortably play with a mouse and keyboard? Is there support for over 60fps? Just asking because I have been screwed by capcom PC releases before! Great review as always though!
Apparently turning Resident Evil first person is enough for purists to say " this isn't in the realm of the original Resident Evils and Capcom has officially killed the franchise!"
i mean if you're someone who genuinely doesn't like the first person perspective in games especially horror, it might be a huge turn off for a franchise thats 7 games in to randomly adopt it.
You know ACG made it when his review has more views than Gamespot and IGN in the same amount of time.
lol
yeah. its really nice to see how big you've become :3
no, not in THAT way.
ACG serious question boss. Resident evil 7 OR Layers of fear?
RE
ACG no doubt
Funny how I saw ign's and gamespot's reviews and ignored them to click on this
appreciate it!
jalal ali Same here.
Can't wait for Resident Evil 7 Bio Hazard Super Ultra Arcade Edition
6 months after that they'll release Resident Evil 7 Biohazard Super Ultra Arcade EX + Alpha #Weswearthisisthelastedition Edition.
More like Resident Evil 7 Biohazard Super Ultra Arcade Remix Hyper Edition Ex Alpha Plus
OMG Akuma is the crossover character!!!
I was really hoping Ken, actually.
man, this game and outlast 2 will be the juggernaut for VR games in 2017
night raid
overall vr or just psvr?
Croz Raven outlast 2 isn't available in VR at least not for PSVR.
djkoz78 it hasn't been confirmed or denounced yet, nobody knows if it will be compatible with psvr or not yet
I almost had a heart attack playing the first outlast. I can't even imagine how terror inducing the second one would be with VR of any kind lol.
No, this isn't scary and Outlast gets old
RE is back! What a way to open 2017.
if you consider it RE game
kyotheman69 Here we go again
The only difference between this and previous RE games is a perspective change, they brought the classic mechanics back. This is more like the classic RE's than the last 3. I liked 4, but that's where they started moving from horror to action.
kyotheman69. it is a RE game. the RE series has undergone massive changes since its inception.
This might be the first Resident Evil game I buy on release in a long time. Seems like the series finally hit another home run.
It is a breath of fresh air
Yeah the enemies arent really scary, but when you have 3 rounds left and a knife shit goes from 0-100 real quick.
AMEN
so if it's called Resident Evil 7: Bio-hazard here does this mean it's called Bio-hazard 7: Resident Evil in Jp?
Yup
Yes
Which actually makes sense this time.
Maybe it's called Bio-Hazard 7 : Bio Hazard :D
Little Goblin
the only reviewer that I was waiting for😊😊😊😊
and here you go
@ACG
Your videos no longer show up in my subscription feed
Why is that so?
ACG so RE7 return to the roots then?
Aaww
was on the fence. now I'll get it.
Time to become a 13 year old school girl again.
Right there with you
well as you can seee.. kids are the worst..first Alma, then this one..
A moment of silence for the haters who wished for this game to flop.
lol
+Drapes Drapper
B-b-but outlast and P.T Clone.
Drapes Drapper Muh PT clone 😭
Pt is a clone of any game you seen played by poiised on youtube does that take away from the experience. Is that really even a argument anymore lol
I wanted third person and in the vein of RE4 is what I wanted.
Darkholow what did you want it to be?
Such a fantastic channel for game reviews, Being an older gamer I had all but lost hope with game reviews UNTIL I found ACG. He really is an absolute credit to gamers and knows his stuff and throws in a great bit of humor which I really love even though being over the pond in the UK doesnt really translate sometimes on other channels but here he nails it. Top notch Carrick, sorry if I didnt spell your name correctly mate but keep up the fantastic work. This is true journalism not that rubbish posing as game websites. Peace
thanks sir!
First game to ever legitimately freak me out since my regrettably fast transition into adulthood
Been waiting for this. Can't wait to pick it up.
its awesome man
Thanks ACG, Always on time.
You're one of the few Critics I trust, my man. Thanks for the awesome, detailed reviews and commentary.
You are so quick :O Your reviews are out before game release in my country!
glad to help!
Major reviewers get advance copies and as long as the review embargo ends before the release date they can release their reviews.
Just stumbled on your review this morning, and good god, do I feel late to the party. This is fantastic. Breaking the entire thing down piece by piece, you've done an incredible job. Pay attention, everyone. THIS is how you review games.
appreciate that scott
It's funny as I had no real expectations for this game nor was I interested until I watched your profile on it, outstanding points & commentary my friend, thanks man I'm sold!
and cant remember if you have VR yet but its worth checking out brother. You might love it.
Not yet, I have the PS4 Pro so I'm halfway there, planning on getting one in a few months when work picks up, thanks bud.
picked up my game the other day thanks to your review, and yes while it is on the shorter side there is alot of quality in this game which is why I can't wait to do a second play through, thanks for the awesome review.
ya great time
your reviews are the perfect mix of funny and informative, keep em coming man!
thanks
You are the king of metaphors. I think that's one reason your reviews are so good, you really make your point so well articulated that... well you can come up with a better metaphor here than I ever could, you get the idea XP
lol thanks man
Good to hear this shaped up nicely!
I love how honest your are, even mentioning the frame drop issue is with capture software and not from the game!
thanks
Finally, someone agrees Code: Veronica is one of the best RE games.
ya good game
I think the last time I got this excited about a Resident Evil Title was when 4 came out on the GameCube. Nice to see the series finding success in a new direction, can't wait to play it.
I've played through every mainline game from 1-6, and this is to be honest the first true survival horror game in the franchise! Not sure if I like the fact that they scrapped so many little gameplay goodies around replayability, but it's definitely a good surprise.
I've been looking for a channel that reviews games well and isn't the trash that is IGN or Gamespot. Thank you for existing.
you bet
anybody else find jack hilarious af like the part with the car he's like "nice car ethan" lmfao.
SmogAhab Love Jack that crazy SOB. I couldn't help being terrified & simultaneously entertained hearing him mock me in a silly voice as he chased me with a shovel.
I think I'll wait on this title instead of paying full price. it will be 39.99 in a month probably.
I swore I'd never buy another game on launch day after getting burned royally on Dead Rising 4. bought it the day it came out (Dec.6) and by Christmas time it was $30. needless to say I was pissed off a little bit.
Colonel Swagga guarentee will be on sale during either steam spring or summer sale
Every games nowadays doesn't even worth full price.
Only if you're poor and living paycheck to paycheck.
smart plus I rather get it with all the dlcs added on the disc. There are better games coming out that are worth 60 bucks like horizon zero dawn, persona 5, yakuza 0, Friday the 13th game, mass effect 4, red dead redemption 2.
Excellent review. Non-biased, to the point and detailed. Many Jesus blessings for you!
I can see that actually man
Glad to see im not the only one.
A long review with few spoilers. Thank you good sir.
Karak did you get to test the PC version? Looks solid on PS4 but I wonder about the PC port
www.pcgamer.com/resident-evil-7-biohazard-review/ on a side note he said at the end he did play the PC version with no issues.
The demo on Steam was also great once they patched it (HBAO+ was causing bad performance pre-patch).
So does the pc version have hdr? i don't know if i should go for the pc version where i can run it at native 4k, or the ps4 pro version, with higher than 1080p res and hdr, if the pc version has hdr, that will seal the deal for me
AO always causes performance issues
Heisenberg101 The ps4 version is 60 fps so it really doesn't matter but if your pc can run it better than ofcourse on pc
"Even Mia, when trying to recreate the music video for Take On Me by a-ha"
I died!
thanks you liked it sir!
the only thing I disagree with this review would be when you asked is it a classic, probably not you should have said just maybe so. I loved this game so much man and I feel it's a perfect run to bring resident evil back to ground. I'm so glad to see you have the same thoughts as I did on this title good and bad.
ok
I was really waiting for PSVR to have a title people can point to in order to say VR truly works. Happy to see this game can be one. Great review as well!
yep finally
And you've done it again. Top notch review and unbiased just the way I like it. GREAT JOB :)
thanks Robin
Another fine review, perhaps the best review yet. Especially because you went in to difficulty settings, AI, character designs, etc which other reviews either glossed over or didn't cover. Have Yakuza 0 now, but will probably pick this up in a week or two.
thanks sir glad it helped
What a great review, and your review of RE7 changed my mind on what I had originally thought about this game, I thought that it was an Outlast clone with a gun or two to give you a fighting chance, but instead I have to say from watching your video RE7 actually looks really good and now I just can't wait to play it. Thanks again dude.
hmm no not really that and thanks!
Now THIS is a review! No bias, no fanboy opinionism, just an honest review stating facts & content quality. Great video +1 for sure.
thanks man
When your bored in class, turn on the wifi and see that acg uploaded a review😁.
true!
I'll watch other reviews, but yours are the only ones I care about and actually sway me on a game, like how you swayed me to wait for a while on games like mafia 3 and watch dogs 2.
thansk man!
Thanks for the review. Happy to see you enjoyed it so much.

By the way, loved that last clip you left in at the very end man, great review.
ya sort of sucks when that happens right? And thanks man. That was gross to play through
best game reviewer on youtube, all content is spot on and told like it is 10/10
appreciate that man
Ive been pressing F5 on your page waiting for this!! so excited! hope its good :)
Wow, 4k 60fps on a console and its NOT a sports game? That's crazy.
Beats, Games, Life -ZimM804 "4K"
gstylez0107 Digital Foundry has to check this out. If its 4k on a $400 machine then the PS4 Pro is beating 90% of the gaming PC owners out there
Theres a memory leak if you turn shadows up to "very high." Turn them down a notch and you'll see a big improvement in 4k on the GTX1080
I havea 1080, 3k is the sweet spot, with everything maxed out.
Rook T I didn't think consoles would output 1080p 60fps this gen on multiplats. 2.5k or 3k upscaled to 4k 60fps is mind blowing. Especially for a flat $400. Cooling system, audio card, Power source, RAM cards, GPU, and CPU included.

I am really happy I found your reviews. Top notch production, quality wise, and your way of segmenting and explaining is great.
thanks MLG

Hmm you kinda spoiled it with the wife dialogue around 6:00. Minor, but still :( .......whatever great review as always
Negative. Trust me
Yo Karak I have been following you since you had 20k subs. Time flies by brotha! Keep up the great work.
you rock man thanks for the support
Thanks for putting out the best game reviews on RUclips IMO.
I never want to hear anyone else review a game ever again. Seriously well done, sir.
thanks!
Code Veronica was so amazing. I hope they remake that one too. The story for both characters was awesome.
Me to brother
Thoroughly good review style, good job on avoiding a dry run down given how long your videos are. Will definitely be back.
thanks man!
definitely gonna wait for a sale. i just dont like spending $60 on a game that you play through once
Fire Squad well thats many games then. Plenty of times you play games through once. Or are you referring to the replay value of a game?
yes i have. playing through just about the same story just to see a different ending doesnt appeal to me
pretty much referring to replay value yeah
30 dollars on PC. A fair price. Many legal keysellers on the net it you get another price on Steam. Consoles games are expensive since MSFT/Sony charges a 50% licensiering fee. We need to rise up against it.
I beat it within 8 hours, I don't plan on playing through it again only the dlc. I will just look up the other ending. make it easier on me. definitely with 35 dollars not 60. still a fun experience, boss battles are cool. I beat it in 1 sitting.
karak, your channel has really exploded recently, and it's well deserved. keep it up man
thanks
that kool-aid man line really friggin got me, that was good.
And true it scared the shit out of me. He is like WANT SOMETHING TO FUCKING DRINK! Boom
you're the only one i go to for reviews! So detailed and in depth. keep up the awesome work!
thanks Johnny
Great review as always. Looks good but after the deluge of FPS horror games now it feels like this was a reaction to that popularity vs why I love RE games/a return to form for Capcom (well up to 4). First time I wish I had PSVR.
I have never been to scared im my life to watch a movie or play a horror game home alone at 3 in the morning. This thing on VR made me stop playing strictly on sheer terror. Like ACG said, the level of presence is absolutely like nothing I have even played before.
I first tried to play on my PSVR, and it was just a simulated screen. I am thinking that I booted up the game regularly before turning on the VR... maybe why
edit: Now I see.. have to switch to VR mode in the settings menu.... wow!!!!! fucking incredible.
Kid Zarathustra psvr is a waste of money (costs same money as a playstation pro jesus christ)
+Jhin a blooming Flower
I know that there is definitely a paucity of games for VR at the moment... but you're getting a totally new gaming experience. With PSpro... you're getting a higher screen resolution... sometimes higher FPS... [which all PSVR games have] and not a lot else. Anyone without a PS4 system should opt for the pro... but [my opinion] VR is the better choice in how to spend your money, and it's the cheapest route into VR going.
aetheldread Have you tried VR on the pro? I was thinking of upgrading it because the only flaw I found for VR is that is is a little pixelated.
i love ACG reviews theres so much info even sound thanks for doing these awesome reviews ign had a 4 minute long review wtf lol
thanks man!
all good keep up the good work
This game is truly fucking terrifying. Scared me more than any other game ever has.
That was an excellent review in really every way. You hit everything important in a game, commented on both its pros and cons, and nailed the video portion as well. I can see that you put a lot of thought and effort in to it. I went ahead and subscribed. Well done.
appreciate it
so much better then most reviewers. a lot of the big reviewers are corrupt and do the IGN 9/10 for a shiity games as long as they get paid. actually you're the only review i watch because you break the game down to even the thing people would say are little.
thanks
I don't understand why you don't have 1000000 + subs. Reviews that are actually useful! Keep up the good work dude!
You're literally the only reviewer I trust
thanks Alax
Great review. Making it harder and harder for me to resist taking the VR plunge. I'm still going to wait to play it for a year to see if Capcom releases a VR version for PC. Then I will have to make my choice as to what HMD I really want to invest in.
Ladies and gentlemen thats how to do a review - thx 4 that highly qualitative review
Always glad to see an ACG video!!!
thanks MC
How would you rate this against The Evil Within?
lol the magnitudes of better this is would need to be calculated with a fucking algorithm versus a raw number
Ok. Not sure what you're saying there...but ok. I'm just curious cause I'm still playing TEW & preordered RE7.
if I put in a number to explain how much BETTER this is THAN EVIL WITHIN.
THAT NUMBER WOULD NOT FIT IN THIS BOX!
Wow ok....well glad to hear that. Although I'm liking TEW I'm really looking forward to this one.
Jim Pierdomenico evil within gets a 6 for me this a 9
It's odd, I watch a review for a new game after review. Yet, I see an ACG review for a game. And it's the one, I actually listen to. And the one that takes merit. It shows you're doing your job well! Thanks ACG!
appreciate that
So basically, this game succeeds where the Alone in the Dark reboot failed. I am happy with that, because despite it's flaws, I loved that game. Might just buy a resident evil game for the first time in 10 years!
yup
Great review karak with acg! Ill be picking this up tomorrow.
thanks!
This review made me happy. I'm glad Capcom listened to their fans, for once.
lolol at 5:10 jumped a little bit donno if I'm ready to go balls deep into this game yet. Great review!!
I have never watched one of your reviews before. Honestly, you do a bloody incredible job.
My go to channel for reviews from now on.
thanks Quinten
Resident Evil is back , about damn time and always your reviews always spot on my friend. Keep up the good work.
thanks!
ACG That's how you start 2017 .
Im ecstatic that the series has found better ground with this entry.
Was thinking about picking this game up today, but was conflicted because you didn't put up your review 😂. I totally trust your opinion on whether I should Or shouldn't get a game. Your fucking awesome bro!
its amazing
A good Resident Evil game in the main series timeline... the planted have aligned
INDEED
I'm sure that, if instead of herbs you used pills, to regain your health, people would say it killed the franchise.
true that
ACG you've become one of my favorite reviewers on RUclips. I really like your format and style.
thanks Andy
This looks frighteningly fantastic or fantastically frightening...either way I'm getting this. Thx acg.
Fanfrighttastic.
it's 10 hours to beat man.
I didn't know you were on open critic! Congrats, you're doing it man!
thanks ya. ONe of the very first
Cheers for the review Karak!
you bet
thank you for being straight forward bro instead of the click bait crap
yup
Im really happy that its a good game.
"Skip up to it like you want some fucking snicker doodles" had me dying of laughter in class😂
Well I mean come on the house looks like a fucking monster. And you just are like da lee da da lets see who is inside
ACG true just typical horror genre logic, and of course love helps too. Also good review once again
Is there an easy difficulty for noobs like me?.. I don't want to play a survival horror game in hard difficulties.. It sucks.
This is the only review I care about, I've yet to be disappointed by purchases I've made based on your reviews.
