I've been playing this video on & off for a couple of years. I just got back to listening to this video again when I go to sleep and let me tell you phrases stay in your memory.

I really loved korean just because of BTS💜
If we listen this while u sleep we will forget it till we wake up.
you will have to test over at least a week or perhaps two. try and play it when awake and see if anything pops up in your head. I tried with japanese(since I was going to japan), but I did listen some while awake too. Not that I absorbed very much, but i absorbed some. I even dreamt I spoke to some japanese people in one dream , and when I listened to hindi while sleeping (for fun), I dreamt I was taking hindi class. And I was not totally consistent for that 1 week. When I tried to listen to korean for fun, japanese kept popping up first. I download to mp3 format so I can have it on my ipod or play on computer whenever I feel like it.
