Willy Tea Taylor - Tank Half Full

I am lucky enough to have called Will a friend for over a decade now, and I can honestly say that his music has been a continuous companion for all of those years. From the first time I heard 4 Strings I fell in love with everything he put into the world. A storyteller of the highest calibre - from his time in The Good Luck Thrift Store Outfit, to his solo endeavours and then to the Fellership - it doesn't matter how you are feeling, Will has stories to suit your mood. Combine that with him being one of the kindest humans I have the pleasure of knowing and you have a recipe for success.
I hadn't seen Will for several years, and unfortunately for me his shows in Scotland happened whilst I was away and I had come to terms with the fact that it was going to be another year or two before our paths would cross again. However after I got back to the UK I found myself lamenting the fact he was so close and yet we weren't going to share a hug and some stories. Not only that, but he had kindly been one of the first people I recorded for this project and I felt like I owed him an improved recording. This gnawed at me until I couldn't ignore it any further and so set out on a 15 hour round trip to meet up with him and his partner in crime and UK tour manager Kieran on the edge of Sherwood forest to add this as yet unreleased story to the archives. Thank you Will, for your patience and friendship and for letting me put this out into the world!
