thank for sharing this video
Bro say me how can I set d link dir 853 router as repeater by using wirelessly
one thing, you didn't make a review for its read/write speed, because that's very essential, the speed.
After watching your video about the unit, I'm leaning on getting this Terra Master F2-221 but I do have a question for you. I have 2 external USB HDD with capacity of 8tb and 12 tb. There are 2 USB ports at the back of the unit, can I plug it in and be able to read/write on to it? Also, can I access the USB drives on the network?
using my old amd desktop computer, i was able to convert it to truenas and my speed for read/write ranging from 18mbps to 128mbps depending on the file your copying or writing, is there any tweak that I could speed it up a little bit?
Once you plugged the Ethernet cable into the NAS and powered ON you router should show you the devices connected at that time. So, you wouldn't need to connect the monitor to the NAS. QUESTION: How can you access this NAS from Internet not only from you LAN? I hope you'll answer this one since I subscribed to your channel and is your turn to return the favor!
What is the point of having personal storage when you have cloud ?
Privacy. If you're sceptical that people may access data in the cloud then this is an option, however this doesn't offer you an off site back up which can be an issue if your house burns or you all your drives fail on your suddenly which is rare though
