This has most things I wanted. I could never enjoy most guided meditations because they feel off-mark, like someone trying to incarnate an energy but not knowing how to pin it down properly. I also don't like to listen to just about anyone during something like meditation. But because it's Sigur Ros I gave it a go since I trust this band. And this meditation mostly had what it wanted, it talked about sounds and vibrations which the kind of metaphysical stuff I was always looking at. The "Om" section was really funny because I've also tried Indian chants even though I don't know if I'm sold yet, so it all tied together. That section also gave me secondhand embarrassment, but I really liked the effect of the sound merging with all the other sounds and merging with the background music. Just overall a nice experience.
Transformative and beautiful. Suspect a transcription error at roughly 1:52. Rather than "...and less photographed" should it read "...unless photographed"? Much rather PM this sort of feedback, but then, who can PM Sigur Ros? Love & Peace.
