how you do RB+4 RB+4 RB+4 ? i dont know how do this :(

In Shadow spec when in stealth X (Bloody dart) procs your soul badge and 2 (Time bomb) procs Mystic Badge so for 10s you can RB (Heart stab) and 4 (death from below)
