wow, i didn't know that, i looked in the book and can;t find this either though.. i see a section on bait and the only rule really is you can catch and release until you have reached your daily limit.. can you please kindly point me to the page stating the rule you are outlining...

Just FYI, you are NOT suppose to release the fish if you are using bait. (Only catch & release if you are using lure/flies)
My question is how do they how many fish you released?
