i as an electronics enthusiast recommend you to de-solder the keypad (i believe its a matrix keypad) and check the connections from the pads to the IC and maybe you will be able to solder some wires from the keypad to the IC and fix it
Promising channel :) Would recommend not having background music playing through the entire length of your video - just for intro/timelapses/outro etc.
